Booked a king smoking room and ended up with a handicap non smoking room very disappointed. There was stains on the bedspread and place was not clean. Won't book again there. The shower was not even a shower we couldn't even shower before we left in the morning. Worst place I've ever been. I booked months in advance too. For what we paid feel like should get our money back

Beds were comfy, we did get a first floor room which was great so we didn't have to climb stairs. The Front Desk clerk was very nice! The towels were like sandpaper and the floor was dirty. The pool was nice!
It's close to the waffle house and other places to eat, stores and gas stations.

On the last day they ran out of breakfast the rugs in the room were filthy the view was terrible and terrible location the front desk was run very haphazardly I have a charge for an extra day on my account that I didn’t stay I was overcharged for the room it was a terrible experience

i spent little time there so it is difficult for me to say very much about my stay. i came home in the evening wanting my room to be immediately available however that was not the case. My stay was to use the room for sleeping.

I recommend Hardeeville as midway for travelers from North (New York, Maryland, Virginia) to Florida. It is good for a little break to rest and get fun. There are some beaches(Hilton head Island) and restaurants. But it has some restrictions due Covid-19 .

We had an overnight during COVID 19. We were happy with the cleanliness. The only criticism was being unable to find a meal as most available food was in gas stations. We would have preferred a sit down but wasn't available.
My room smell like pee when I arrived there was also a fly in the room bathroom was dirty.I asked to be switched to another room which they said they had no more rooms available.I stayed because I had 2 rooms which was difficult to find 2 rooms that late at night at another hotel.I smell so yo get worse I thought it was my pillow or somewhere close yo the bed but I was out of there as soon as day came.your add being newly renovated is totally deceiving the room was old and filthy for what I paid that’s very sad.
TV did not work, clock radio did not work. Floor was dirty. Only ones washcloth. Was suppost to be non smoking but it has an odor and burns on the vanity. The breakfast was fair and did have fruit. The sign out front said this was the newest hotel in town. Perhaps the oldest. It needs a lot of work.
This hotel had an extremely good quality for the price and had a staff that were extremely friendly and passionate about their business. The room was very clean and the breakfast was good. It very much exceeded by expectations in every manner.
The room was nice, I loved the lighting. Breakfast was decent, it was nice to have hot options. Pool and hot tub indoors was also nice. Right off the highway. Enjoyed the lovely woodland view out the windows behind the hotel.
The front desk person was very nice & an easy going. He answered any questions we had. He informed us that the hotel was in the process of being renovated. Which it was. The room “did not” smell. Hot & cold breakfast.
This hotel is new and very nice. Bed was comfortable. Sufficient lighting. Nice view of woods from our room. Breakfast was pretty good. Dining area employees were pleasant.
The location was great, located right off the expressway and near restaurants and gas stations, The rooms were pleasantly comfortable, with easy access to the parking lot.
