Loved the desk with the outlets and charging station between the beds. Loved how it pulled out! I know it sounds silly but we were very impressed. And the storage areas, fridge, wire pull out drawers, and the bathroom set up was great! very impressive and so well thought out! Also loved the coffee and tea station in the lobby. Great selection and thank you for including honey!!!!!!!

The description of the house was right on the money: unique and retreat-like! It was so peaceful, and superbly decorated that it was a joy to be inside as well as be outside sampling the delicious seafood and pizza of Mystic & Groton, CT. Such a scenic area with many great choices of things to do, that we just have to come back. Hope was attentive to any concern and she has thought of every need a vacationer could have. Excellent rental!

Good room, useful amenities (fridge, microwave), staff were nice.
I would ask for a second floor room. We were near the entrance and It was very loud. Intoxicated person made a scene outside of our room, freaked out the child with me. Telephone in the room didn't work we couldn't call the front desk for help. No discount for dealing with this major inconvenience that went on outside our room for quite sometime while she was screaming and cursing.

We really cannot give a fair evaluation of the attractions and services afforded by Groton. We checked into the hotel, showered, found a lovely seafood restaurant on the water. After dinner, we returned to our room since we had to leave early for the next leg of our journey.

Typical Motel 6. Clean room. 2 to 2.5 star hotel. Bring your own pillows, as the pillows were thin and only two of them. No extras. Bed was a typical bed for motel 6, clean but slightly uncomfortable. Close to 95. no real amenities there or near. hotel. Only good thing about it was that it was near Mystic and the two casinos, Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun. Wife did not like the hotel. She said I should have paid more for a better hotel.

The rooms were clean and the experience was good for the price. My shower pressure wasn't very good, it would come in and out. There were parts during my shower where I had no water and then it would come back.

If you are looking for a room with a comfortable bed and good shower for one night then this is the place anything longer than that will wear out you're happy there.. I say to the owners stop being cheap and fix what needs to be fixed so fixed so your hotel can go from a 3 to a 4.5... For the price you're charging it should be nicer, And everything should be working not under repair for months , do it and do it right and you will attract more clientele.. And stop being cheap invest in more than an 8 channel cable system system ,was beyond pathetic.

Groton is a beautiful shoreline city with well known Shennecossett Golf Course, Nautilus museum, Washington Park monument, Submarine Capital of the world and Home to Pfizer and Electric Boat.
Mystic is part of Groton and has a lot to offer. Restaurants, shops, galleries …. To much to list
Me and my fiance found this on booking.com at a very cheap price I guess we got What we paid for. The location was great lots of restaurants and in between both casinos plus we went to the aquarium that was the only 10 minutes away. The only thing I liked about the room was the water pressure in the shower everything else was filthy and broken and falsely advertised... The bookings.com site listed 3.2 star rating Google gave it a 2 star rating with bed bugs reviews so glad I did not see the bed bugs I was petrified all night....
Staff was not present when I arrived to check in. Rang the bell, knocked on the door, called {VM inbox was full) emailed, all to no avail. Had to wait almost an hour for someone to show up, and no apology, no excuse, no anything. GD dismal.
Room had ripped and dirty chair, area under bed never vacuumed, stained furniture, etc. This dump should go out of business. If It didn't have a non-refundable I would have left is 10 minutes. I've asked for consideration for all the above and have heard nothing yet
The worst experience regarding cleanliness, aparently all Mariotts clean the room only every 3 day. I travel all over the world and the US, even now during Corona, never happened to me!!!!! Especially not for a price for over $600.00 per night. I would accept this from a cheap Motel but not from a "4Star" hotel.

Staff was very friendly in the polite. Also very knowledgeable about the area. accommodations were good. Overall presentation of hotel was neat but modest. The staff did tell us to reach out to booking since we made reservation with you so that they could document our biggest problem and proceed with some sort of compensation.
I was helping my son move to the area and I needed a place to stay for a couple of days and the hotels in the area were pricey, so I am glad that I found this place. Had everything that I need, was in a great location to where we were. It was like a studio apartment, cozy. I would stay there again and would highly recommend it.

Great location right on the river. Close to many different amenities. Quiet area being near the naval base. Great house with plenty of space inside! Pool table was a great addition in the living room area.
The Staff customer service was so helpful and always very pleasant and willing to please us as customers!!! I was very pleased because the hotel was quiet and we enjoyed our stay!
We did not have breakfast at the hotel. We went across the street to the diner. The location was perfect. Our son is stationed at the Submarine Naval Base about a mile away.

The room was very clean. We stayed in a room that had a jacuzzi it was amazing. We are definitely going back to this hotel in February and cannot wait.
