This place was huge! I think it was 3 hotels in 1. Beautiful decor, staff was welcoming and friendly. Nice area, not too far from restaurants and stores.

Bonnie and Clyde Restaurant had amazing food. The hotel was less than a mile from our destinations, Meow Wolf and Legoland. The employees were so friendly, especially Mario (our Bellhop). Our room was immaculate and the beds were comfy. There was also a coffee shop (Java) in the lobby and plenty of seating near the hotel entrance to relax and visit.

Everything was excellent as far as the staff and facilities. The only thing we found was that our room was not cleaned properly. We found toys from the guess before us and the night stands were not clean. Other than that it was an excellent stay. I would recommend this place to others.

We travel to Grapevine from OKC at least once per year. It's a great weekend getaway destination. Wilhoite's in downtown Grapevine is a great restaurant and bar with live music on Saturday nights. You can also sit out front, have a beer, and hang out. Meat U Anywhere is a fantastic bbq joint. We also enjoy In N Out Burger as we are CA natives and don't have them in OK. We always shoe shop at the Grapevine Mills Mall and never leave empty handed. The vibe in Grapevine is equal parts relaxed and cool. The people are friendly. There's actually a lot to do here but we have such a great time at our regular spots.

Great location with easy access to restaurants, shopping, the rodeo in Fort Worth, Plano. Still, you definitely need a navigator app on your phone for relatively painless getting around. The local roads are very well maintained and the street names are easy to identify.

Comfortable bed, big TV, clean room. Shower was awful, room was not cleaned when we returned. Had to ask for coffee cups, trash to be taken out, towels were replaced, but not the toilet paper. The hotel lobby and elevator floors we really dirty, stayed that way all weekend. Web site said free continental breakfast or al la cart. No free breakfast.

I loved my room. Took a walk around Main street. Met a pretty realistic Elf and enjoyed some of the best french fries I've ever had 🥲 I'll definitely stay here again if I find myself in this side of Texas 🙂
I have made a booking at the above hotel for 16th/17th March. I made the booking because the rate included a free continental breakfast. However, this morning when I turned up for breakfast I was informed that this is not the case. I made the booking via booking.com and I have an email confirming the rate and deal. I found this very frustrating and frankly misleading as I could have gone to a different hotel if I was not misled and then humiliated. I am not happy at all.
The breakfast although simple but it was very fulfilling for us. The hotel is also a walkable distance to salt grass restaurant just outside the hotel if you have a steak craving to fix. To go to Walmart by car is only about 10 mins away. Overall we are very satisfied with this hotel both the room and especially the location. Would definitely stay here again the second time!
Grapevine is a delightful town, with just the right amount of old time flavor and upgrades. A great destination, and Hotel Vin is in the perfect location for restaurants, shopping, and proximity to DFW! We loved the style, the attention to detail in decorations and amenities, and are already planning to return for another week next year. Why bother with a cruise??!
Was bumped on flight and had to find a room quickly. Accidentally booked wrong day and had to pay again at hotel. The refused to refund the unused night. Very rude and ugly. I was in a bad spot that night and your company took advantage of us.
Staff were friendly and made sure our stay was excellent. The breakfast was very good, exceeded our expectations of hotel food. Accommodations were very attractive. We were surprised that we didn't hear the planes overhead, so good soundproofing.

Never live in the Comfort Inn again, because the hotel may be on fire and burn all your personal items without compensation. You can do nothing but engage in a lawsuit with them and wait for years.
I enjoyed the look of the room. They had a decent hotel breakfast. My room had everything that I wanted. It came with a fridge, microwave, and closet. It was very easy to check in/check out.
The hotel has a very big space around where you can have a walk. The entrance and the hall especially are really nice. Nice conference rooms and little but cosy swimming pool with hot water.
