fallen Tree is a lovely inn. We had trouble finding it since we had no GPS. A larger sign placed closer to the road and at a right angle to
the house would have helped. The host was very sociable and kind. Use of a washer and dryer was appreciated.

A beautiful location in an old mansion (monastery at one point). We enjoyed looking out over the lake and the property has some nice walking areas, including down to their boat shed. Plus a very good restaurant. And the area is truly stunning including the various vineyards to taste at.
Absolutely loved Geneva and Seneca Lake! The walk (by the welcome center) along the shoreline is beautiful. A great place to watch the sunrise. Halsey’s was a great dinner choice. The wineries in the area were excellent!! Boundary Breaks and Zugibe wineries are must stops!! Also Tin Barn Brewing is a must stop, even if it’s just for the views!

Gorgeous setting, terrific and accommodating staff, and overall very relaxing. Geneva a small but lovely town and we ate at Halsey's Restaurant, which was quite good. The Belhurst Castle restaurant was lovely and the food was fairly good; the Geneva Resort Boutique Hotel (where we stayed) restaurant wasn't terrific and was quite expensive but the atmosphere was wonderful.

Scenic beauty abounds in a thriving, vibrant community. Specialty seems to be the number of wineries. Our interest was more cultural/historic and there are many significant sites within short drives. Boating and water based activities are an obvious seasonal attraction but we were there during the colorful autumn.

We loved the entire FLX region.
We loved the entire FLX region. Geneva is clean and perfectly situated to enjoy all the region offers. We look forward to returning to explore even more. Be sure to take a sunset sail! Cruise Seneca was excellent for that.

I really wasn't there to visit the city of Geneva or anything there. Just needed a stopping off place to break up a longer trip. Always loved the view of the lake from this part of Geneva so it was a perfect choice. Beautiful property with great views of the lake and an attached restaurant with reasonable prices .

This facility is very large bit in obviously deteriorating condition. There were not a whole lot of guests stating while we were here. While we requested to have access to our room an hour earlier, we were relegated to stay in an upstairs room that required going up a flight of outside stairs.
The game tables were a huge hit, and the house has so much room. The location is a great distance from Geneva, letting you feel like you're truly away from everything, but anything you might need is just a quick car ride away. The area is simply gorgeous in the fall! The kitchen was decently outfitted, and there were a number of thoughtful touches throughout the house. Check-in couldn't have been easier, and Larry was great with communication.
CiCi's is located in the nicest section of Geneva. It's within easy walking distance of the Belhurst castle and Geneva on the Lake, which are 2 beautiful properties located on Seneca Lake, which is also gorgeous. I enjoyed meeting and talking to the owners and had no issues with the shared bathroom. For me, CiCi's was a winner in terms of price, comfort, and location.

Craig and his wife are great hosts. Provided tips on what to do and we could use their almost new e-bikes (for free!) to explore the area. Perfect way to get around in the vineyards.
Only 5 minute drive to Geneva.
Great value for money, you probably won't find a better place in the area.
The location is perfect with a great restaurant called Kindred Fare within walking distance. We all loved the pool and Jacuzzi. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious and had many choices. Staff was very friendly and polite. Over all a win, win!
The location was perfect for us as we travelled throughout wine country. Convenient to everything. Including parks, restaurants, a casino, and lake.

The front desk employee was helpfull when we try to figure out how to print something in the coumters in teh sitting area.
I thought the hotel itself was very clean. The staff was very prompt answering any questions. Location was close to the school which we had to go to for a hockey game. The surrounding town was lovely and quaint.
We came to see the eclipse so we weren't at the hotel much but it was a clean, comfortable and conveniently located place to stay. The sink in the bathroom was clogged and they came right away to take care of it.
Everything was perfect. We stayed only one night but we wished to stay more than one night when we realized how good this hotel is. staff was awesome. pool was great. everything was perfect.
The Staff, The Comfort, and The Location were perfect for out trip. Everyone was very helpful, and the hotel was near restaurants and shopping, making it the best place to stay in Geneva!
Room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and had a lot of cable channels. Hotel was next to a Dunkin Donuts and Tim Hortons, and easy access to downtown.
