They canceled my room when I was 5 minutes away from the hotel the reception called talking about she was out of office when the room was booked mind you I booked it online around 12:00am why was the website not updated to no available rooms before I booked and had drove over 30 minutes at midnight to get almost there to try to find a room which I had no luck finding one at all so unprofessional and upsetting 🤦🏽♀️

I was born there and was visiting my family reunion. I will tell my family what I experienced and I am sure they will not tell other to stay at this hotel. Now if I do get a refund, I will reconsider that.

Development is going. A viable Community spirit is developing. Great variety of places to eat and shop. Even a variety of churches . Didn't see a lot of litter.

As the family was traveling from opposite directions, one arrived way before the other (who was paying the bill). The staff accommodated them with no problems and even moved our rooms to be closer together. Great!!
fair price for a nice room. the bed was a little tall for my short old mother to get in and out of easily, but she managed. at the time of my next booking here i'll ask about mobility rooms, and if they have shorter bed heights. the breakfast was exceptional for a hotel breakfast, based on my prior experiences with "normal" continental breakfast offerings at most hotels with different hot options each morning of my 4-night stay. here to visit family and will be back to visit family, at that time i'll be booking here again.
NOTHING - - - Was charged an additional $150 for smoking and I don't even smoke my friend was charged an additional $50 and she doesn't smoke either! Hotel workers are scammers, customer service was POOR and I will never stay at a Choice Hotel / Sleep Inn again and will share with everyone I know.
We arrived and the front desk told us that they were oversold and they didn't have rooms available to us and that someone should have called us. We had three children with us under 3 and one baby was on oxygen. This was a terrible experience and terrible news to receive after arriving at the hotel.
We had stains all over the bedding. Stains over the walls in the bathroom. All over is posted that you will be charged for smoking in the room, but as soon as you walk into the room you get second hand smoke. I understand the hotel is older and you get what you pay for. But we were not comfortable
The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming and helped us in every way they could. Our main concern was safety, and we felt really safe. We parked the car in front of our room, and the facility has 24 hours surveillance with cameras everywhere where.
The staff were welcoming even before I arrived, and confirmed that they were aware that I was travelling with a dog. Our room was clean, comfortable, large and quiet. We enjoyed a relaxing stay in Gaffney.
