This was a great hotel at an amazing price. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and efficient. The rooms were on the smaller side, but perfect for two people. Would definitely stay in an Avid hotel again.

Air Conditioning had a motion sensor, only worked when movement. We see on 68 but woke up at 3 am burning up and saw it was 73.
The owners are wonderful. They live on another part of the property. We called when we got there and they brought us the key. None of that going by another office somewhere to get the key. They were very nice and even brought me a mixer so I could make a cake!!
