This was our worst experience at a Quality Inn ever.
This was our worst experience at a Quality Inn ever. The room was small, the carpet was damp and stained, the toilet did not flush properly. There were overflowing garbage receptacles at the side entrances. We agreed to just sleep and get up and get out in the morning as early as possible. And all that joy for $194 per night plus a $70 dog charge which was quoted at $35.

I Love Ft Wayne. The problem I have had for a month is booking.com refuses to give me my money back for a hotel room I did not stay in at all. The receptionist at the hotel did her very best to help me out but to no refund in the end. It’s impossible to talk to an English speaking human through them and I will never use booking.com again

This facility is close to the airport for those flying. It is actually within walking distance of restaurants, a Starbucks and a grocery. Great shopping mall just down the street a bit as well as several other wonderful restaurants (all on Jefferson). It is also right off the exit of Interstate 69 which is good if driving.

I reside in ft. Wayne but my kids and I are always doing something when can. Little get aways or making memories . There is always something to do or support in ft. Wayne. All types of things for different personalities , cultures, tastes.. recommend highly.. can feel like a big city or small town vibe depending what interested in.
Breakfast was a surprise every morning. patty sausage and scrambled eggs was my favorite. Least favorite was the link sausage, the juice was always filled and delicious. The Doggie waste station(needs a new name, b/c I kept thinking the clerk was saying doggie weigh station), was nice but needed some supervision, the last 2 days I personally picked up 7 or 8 other's dog's poops. I liked that it had a poop bag and trash receptacle. Beautiful bldg and well cared for compared to the Super 8 I stayed at in Indianapolis.
The hotel location was great! Easy to access parking garage across the street. The city location was perfect for exploring Fort Wayne and finding fun shops and restaurants. Plenty to do in the downtown area! The Visitors Center nearby was extremely helpful! They gave us helpful tips, pamphlets, maps and coupons for our stay.
Hotel was so so.... Location is close to highway. Cleanliness in the room was ok but the common area cleanliness was not good as it was stinking a lot (especially the lift) . Staff was kind and supportive but I am still missing on my invoice copy due to which I am unable to settle my claims.
The staff was INCREDIBLY helpful, friendly, and kind. The front desk and breakfast staff were all great!! We LOVED the safety and security of having to have a room key to access our floor from the elevator. In a busy, downtown hotel this extra security measure helped me feel much safer.
I didn't even make it n the room to stay it's a hotel people live n when we pulled up i instantly knew it wasn't gone work out a drug transaction was going on n the front of the building the room stank its wasn't kid friendly at all

I have stayed here many times, this is my "go to" hotel in Fort Wayne. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are always exceptionally clean, linens are crisp and so very comfortable.
Great place when I needed a quick overnight rest. Front desk was super nice and very informative. Will be returning to this hotel in the future whenever I stay in Fort Wayne again.
