The property was in a good location close to a variety of restaurants and shopping areas. It was also close to the interstate and the venue of which we were attending for our daughters dance competition.

Breakfast Buffet was OK. Lunch at Bullfrogs was disgusting. The food and service was atrocious. I had the Patty melt which I took one bite and passed on the rest. My wife had the Chicken that was bland and chewy , she passed on the rest. 3 drinks and a Burger and Chicken $100.00.The worst food and service that I and my wife have had in many years. After that nightmare we went elsewhere to eat for the rest of the stay.

I like nothing about this place I was traveling because my father is sick I checked in at 2:30 that day and afterwards my father had to be admitted to the hospital it was several hours later when I called to let the manager know that I didn’t need the room Her response was I will talk with my manager and refund your money They didn’t refund my money and their reason was I waited to late to call. This is what’s wrong with our world today. I am taking this all the way to the top I am a hard working law abiding citizen that was taken advantage of.

I have check in late at night and staff are very accommodating. Kids love the cookies while waiting for me to check in and kids are guessing and playing with the receptionist on guessing how much candy inside the bottle.
The bed was good. The location to our end destination was good. The hotel was in easy walking distance to a Publix grocery store, and several good, locally-owned restaurants.
Best hotel I've stayed at in awhile!! The bathroom needs a little more attention to detail but other then that the staff is very exceptional and polite!!
