Price, the friendliness of staff, and size of room
It was close to the interstate. It is just an overnight for going back home. The floor is a brown vinyl but I spilled a very small water on the floor and when I wiped it up, the cloth was black. No kidding. I have never seen a dirtier floor in my life. Please!! There are pets and kids on those floors!

This was an amazing location, it is secluded enough for privacy, yet in the middle of everything and walking distance. You are near multiple choices for dining, the magnolia mall and their best movie theater. I would recommend a million times. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable.

Clean modern and comfortable. Very good breakfast. We stayed as a half way point to Florida and it was perfect. Made reservations while on the road last minute and had no issue. My only “complaint” is o be careful in the shower as the bathtub has no grip on the bottom. Other than that we are definitely staying her on our return trip from Florida/

It was a terrible night!
It was a terrible night! The room and the bathroom were dirty from the floor to the ceiling; towels and linen were stained and yellowish! There was a strong smell of cigarettes in our so-called 'non-smoking' room. The staff was unfriendly and rough, We will never come to this hotel again, it is much more comfortable and healthy to sleep in the car!

I’m sure most of Florence is nice, however, the Days Inn by Wyndham is so sketchy and unsafe that I can’t honestly rate the rest of the area. Being near a Buc-ees was the only positive thing I can say.

Breakfast was bare nothing to ear or fresh. Fridge in Mt room was not working and they did nothing about it so my husband had to take time from our vacation to fix it and they didn't make any attempt to repair it until the last day of our stay. We were told we needed to reuse towels and face cloths they wouldn't be offering cleaning services during our stay and the room was dirty smelled very musty and u could smell liquor and cigarettes and the blankets had burn holes on them. Toilet was clogged we had to borrow a plunger from front office mins after arrival
My first stay in a Microtel. Hotel is pet friendly, the room was clean, and good customer service. My husband and I travel a lot and lately have been experiencing a bad batch of poorly run hotels with poor customer service. So when the drain in our bathroom's shower was clogged, I was happy that Microtel sent up a maintenance man to unclog it (the last few hotels prior to this stay would not fix any problems with their rooms). The room was small but sufficient for a one-night stopover and for our traveling cat.
I received an email saying that your hotel could not accomodate my reservation and I assumed I was cancelled while driving a moving truck trying to find a room last minute. I called the property to explain and they said there is nothing they can do call Booking.com so I am trying to get a refund 128 dollars that they charged me for a room they said they could not check me in to after I paid this is a scam and I want a refund
The location was perfect for us because we were there for a gymnastics meet which happened to be at the Florence Center. The Florence Center is literally across the street from the hotel. The facilities and amenities were well maintained. The added game room with Xbox and Playstation consoles set up was an awesome bonus for the teenagers.
Beds comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good too, pancake maker, cup of fruit, yogurt , cold cereal, coffee and juices. Clean place and we felt safe. We picked because it's pet friendly and we are traveling with a small dog. Very satisfied with the hotel. I would recommend.
I enjoyed the friendliness, the good vibes received from every hotel associate was very welcoming. I was remembered from a previous trip and I was impressed,. I felt like a family member here. I really enjoyed the refreshing iced lemon water . Absolutely refreshing.
This is my second time being a this property and I can say this a very clean hotel !! From the parking lot til the rooms and etc . I Will recommend this hotel to anybody looking for a great place to rest and enjoy their vacation.
The staff was outstanding! Marcus was very professional; making sure our week stay was comfortable. Love the location to get to all the shopping and eateries. This is my favorite hotel when we come to Florence, SC.
I did like that the front and the back of the hotel have waterproof fire places. I did. Like that this hotel had a media room with an Xbox and PlayStation for guest.
