We were delighted to find a motel room in the area of totality for the recent solar eclipse. While we paid more than the normal rate, it was reasonable -- no price gouging. Room was clean, bathroom was spotless, everything worked, very comfortable. Had king bed, fridge, microwave, nice bathroom, thick towels. everything worked. We were able to open windows, and heating system worked well.
We wanted a "cheap motel" after seeing a concert at CMAC (Canandaigua). The price was right and it was about 30 mins from the venue. Overall it was clean, had all the amenities that we needed. I would definately stay there again.
