When we first checked in, they gave us a room people were in and their belongings were still in there. TV remote wouldn’t work. No soap in the room only lotion by the sink. We had questions ar breakfast regarding their equipment for cooking and the kitchen staff was rude and rolled their eyes. Elevators and walls were creaky and old. The floor we stayed on looked nothing like the check in and entrance. Very loud and not much insulation because you could hear next rooms beside us. I would never stay here again. Very deceiving in pictures and booking.
