The room was nice. The bed very comfortable. Location near old town. Breakfast was better than some. The common areas are exceptional. The tv was a large screen Roku TV. I was able to link to my Ytube account with my phone and watch all my favorite sites.

Dog friendly. Third party site did not mention the $20 per day pet charge. The staff was awesome. Very helpful and made a great restaurant recommendation.

Staff, location, safety and cleanliness and breakfast
Located off Highway 101, Best Western Plus Bayshore Inn offers rooms with free WiFi and a flat-screen TV. A full hot buffet breakfast is offered daily.
Gorgeous redwoods and lots of hike. The town has several fun and unique shops. I highly recommend Ramones Bakery for breakfast and lunch. The Sea Grill offers fine dining and very good steaks and prime rib for non-seafood folks.

Eureka was very pretty just not a lot to do, the mall really wasn't what I would consider a mall. The homeless population is pretty large. I wish they had more options for eating, lots of Mexican restaurants but not many American ones. If you drink diet coke be prepared, we had a very hard time finding them.

Very interesting town I wish I had more time to spend there and explore. Apparently not so safe, a lot of homeless and drug users in the old town part, but nova-days that happens everywhere… the town has something magical about it, definitely great past there somewhere… too bad its not being cultivated. Locals seemed quite interesting and friendly especially at coffee shops and bookstore downtown.

Great nature retreats around the city.
Great nature retreats around the city. Several amazing hiking opportunities. Fantastic views of the majestic sequoia and redwood trees. Plenty of alternatives to go dining out (although most might close a litor early).

Eureka had some cute shops and we had dinner at a really good restaurant called Sea Grill. It's close to the Redwoods, with all kinds of things to see and places to hike, and many beaches on the ocean, with beautiful views.

We went to visit the zoo.
We went to visit the zoo. It was a great experience to see the animals at the zoo. We walked the elevated walk in the zoo up in the giant trees and saw a nature walk outside the zoo. We asked about that walk in the cafe at the zoo. We walked the nature walk outside the zoo and it was so peaceful.
I recently stayed at Townhouse , and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The cleanliness of the room was truly impressive; every corner sparkled, and the attention to detail in maintaining a spotless environment did not go unnoticed. It's evident that the housekeeping staff takes pride in their work.
the location of the hotel was absolutely fantastic.
Overall, my stay was delightful, thanks to the immaculate room and the hotel's prime location. I would highly recommend
The staff ws extremely accommodating and the room super clean and comfy. In that neighborhood when driving through some of the other hotels looked questionable so when I arrived here was so happy I had booked it! It was a great hotel for price! The Mexican restaurant right next door was aging food too and I got a discount there because I was staying at this hotel. They also had elevators if you were staying on upper floors. Everything was easy and nice!
Excellent central location. Clean, well-maintained hotel. Beds and pillows were great. Lobby was clean, spacious, and relaxing. In-room facilities (chair, desk, etc) were comfortable, simple, and practical. Showerhead was good. Keurig machine in the room was a money-saver. Pool was heated and conveniently located. On-site laundry was useful. Enjoyable stay. I’ll definitely choose this hotel when visiting Eureka again next spring.
The uniqueness of the Inn at 2nd & C makes this a fun hotel to stay at. The old building provides unique rooms and a view of Eureka. The bed was comfortable and with the windows open and time of year we didn't notice the lack of A/C. Parking was free and staff was friendly. The Tavern on the ground floor had friendly staff and good food.
Kayla was the one staff who was on duty in the morning. She was helpful to everyone and managed the breakfast event, attended to check in and check out; answered all kinds of questions; always with a pleasant manner. Kayla is a great assett to the hotel
The room was clean, and the staff friendly. We only stayed one night because we were traveling north, and literally just spent the night. It's ok for a motel, but if I were to go back to Eureka I'd search for another place.
Our room was nice, the bed comfortable and breakfast was great, the location and overall presentation of this hotel is very nice, but our room had a fruity smell of drug use that permeated everything.
Nice cozy style hotel, felt more like a motel. If it wasn't raining we would have checked out the pool and hot tub. Looked like a nice area. Room was good, decent size and had everything we needed.
Hotel is in walking distance to several restaurants. Rooms are nice with jacuzzi tub and standard shower. Quiet location. Awesome hot breakfast, eggs, sausage, biscuits n gravy, etc.
Excellent older hotel with restaurant and bar, Smoking area and with ample parking. Walking distance to restaurants and bars as well as water front. Pet friendly. Highly recommend.
Nice little cabins on the RV resort just outside Eureka. Clean amenities and very family friendly. We only stayed for a night but would come back if we stop in Eureka again.
