Friendly staff, nice vibe, 24hr complimentary coffee and tea is a nice touch and done well. The snack bar and kitchen in the lobby area is a great idea! Innovative rooms and comfortable beds.

Some areas of Englewood are nice but most areas look run down and dumpy. This is one reason why I think the cost is too high. I think the rooms are okay but it is hard to comprehend paying the rates when a person feels they are in the projects/ghetto.
The Elevator went up with out the door closing, the microwave was really dirty, I had to go down and get another shower curtain bc the one I was given was dirty. After initially paying for the room then was told they hold another $116 for possible damages to the room. This was not discussed online or before payment. This place is a shit hole. Tile coming up in the bathroom and stains all over the carpet. I will never get a room a this hotel again.
Nothing about this hotel did we like it was disgusting the staff were mean and disrespectful andisrespectful and they blame you for stuff that was already going on with the room room I will never come here again and I come here every weekend
the gentleman who worked the desk overnight from Sunday to Wednesday was such a sweetheart. any issues I had, he would address them and do his best to fix the situation. he also handled many of the other guests issues with professionalism.
The bright spot in our stay was Aisa. She always had a smile regardless of the request. She worked hard to ensure that our breakfast was the best it could be.
