Very clean, very quiet, Breakfast was great: eggs, sausage, waffles, all sorts of breads and yogurt and drinks. Lobby coffee was surprisingly good. The property is tucked back behind the busy street, but also super close to I-5 for seamless get up and go. I also loved the fact that the lights within the room are incandescent warm, not that harsh “day glow” bright white. Makes a huge difference.

Hotel is not fancy but it is clean and the beds and Wi-Fi were great. Rooms had mni-fridge and single cup coffee maker, and microwave. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great Value stay! PS. grocery store and restaurants in walking distance.

Our trip to Edmonds was short and limited to family business - so we weren't able to enjoy all of what Edmonds and the Seattle area have to offer. Edmonds is beautiful and has a "small town" feel - people are friendly. Many nice ethnic restaurants which we thoroughly enjoyed.

The nice part was that I was able to be in peace and quiet for a couple days but the cops around that area- boy do they seem to always find a way to be making some kind of big scene every time I'm in the area . Not at the motel itself, but the whole street surrounding it was shut off for hours and I had gone to get something at winco and wasn't able to get back to my room for hours !

Edmonds is a nice town.
Edmonds is a nice town. I went on Father's day weekend and they happened to have a big art festival then, that was enjoyable. It is on Puget sound and you can catch a ferry there. It's a little far from Seattle but not too bad if you don't mind driving in and parking for the day.

Upscale small town on the waterfront; great restaurant selection; Rick Steves Travel HQ contributes significantly to the local economy by pulling in his tour clients, who in turn, patronize local shops and restaurants.
Villa Rivarola was the perfect place for us. Close to downtown Edmonds,
an easy 45 minutes from the airport, beautiful home in a safe neighborhood with
off street parking, Internet, private bath, in-room refrigerator, and at a very affordable price!
Guests have access to the host's home, shared kitchen, etc. The hosts are engaging, and at the same time honor your privacy. Would we go back? By all means YES!
I was in the Seattle area on business so I was not able to eat breakfast due to time constraints.
The location of this hotel is great, near the Kingston Ferry plus the area is completely walkable. Being that close to the ocean was delightful since there was a heat wave going on while I was there.

Hard working friendly staff, clean (microwave, fridge, bathroom, bed etc), comfortable hotel, with minimal noise and fast reliable internet - at a good price. Hot shower with good water pressure. You can see this is an older motel but there is a lot of effort to try and maintain it.
Great overnight stay, great location, near Edmonds which is a very lively and smart neighbourhood, with lots of nice shops and eateries - we wished we could have stayed longer as it was a late arrival and an early start to get flights home. The owner is very freinedly and helpful.
The location in Edmonds was a perfect platform to enjoy all Seattle has to offer. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, the well appointed and spacious apartment and the lovely wooded lot. The host was very welcoming. We would definitely consider staying again!
This hotel does a good job providing comfortable lodging in an excellent location. The breakfast was pre-Covid with scrambled eggs, sausage, and waffles. The beds were comfortable and everything was very good. The staff was helpful and friendly.
I like that we checked in one hour earlier than usual check in time. This location was perfect for meeting family at a nearby restaurant. The staff was friendly. The continental breakfast had many choices and met my expectations.
This was a great location, just 5 minutes from downtown Edmonds and in a lovely neighborhood. The common area was light, airy, nicely decorated, lots of comfortable seating. My private bedroom was large and had many amenities.
The owners are lovely people. Pedro and Sophie were warm and gracious hosts. They offered to help with my luggage and were genuinely helpful with directions to locations around Edmonds.
Great hotel great staff would recommend highly.
We arrived early and our room was ready and we asked for a later check out and nothing was to much trouble :)
