When i arrived 2 men were at the desk and did not say hello just looked very mean. I told them I needed to check in. There was a card on the room, he asked if i was going to pay cash, I said yes, He had me put down a $50 deposit cash and said he would not charge the card, I would pay cash at checkout. When I went to checkout another man who actually seemed like a hotel desk clerk, said they already charged the card. He doubled checked when I explained, yep they already charged it.
THE ROOM---the sheets were clean, the towels were clean...that is it. I took video of the room. Filth everywhere, pee on the bottom of toilet, the floors not sweep or vacuumed, carpet was filthy and smelled, Tons of hairs stuck to the bottom of bathroom door, dirt stains all over bathroom door, light cover over bathtub was missing, dirt covering wall hairdryer, dust covered the hangers in closet, the toilet back, phone, tv, desk, nightstands, nothing had been sanitized at all, tv remote was sticky, Why are some hotels getting away with NOT doing the covid sanitary guidelines and others have govt people checking to make sure they are?. Strange. I did not say anything about this to the men. They had my card and i was afraid of retailiation...they did not act/look like desk clerks. They knew the room wasnt clean. Once said to another that I was alone and they put me in a room surrounded by groups of men on both sides of me...the men were smoking pot/cigarettes until after midnight every night, drinking and standing directly in front of my door.

I’d suggest others request rooms in areas for adults only if they don’t want to be kept awake by loud, unsupervised children. It didn’t occur to me that parents would leave several children unsupervised in a hotel while they either used facilities or left the building. I didn’t sleep well

Lobby was nice and pool room was great.
Lobby was nice and pool room was great. Very safe hotel actually used key card for all doors except the front lobby doors. Only dislike was rooms were very outdated, they were clean just did not reflect the rest of the hotel. Location was super, shopping and eating all within a mile.

I was in town for an event being held on-site at the hotel, and it served very well for that purpose. Staff were very helpful and accommodating.
The facilities are very much in line with my expectations for a suburban hotel geared toward business and conference trade, nothing exceptionally fancy, but well-suited to my needs.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this location for business travelers, or anyone needing lodging in the Cincy east area.

My family and several extended family members stayed at this hotel for a family reunion. My room wasn't clean like I expected. The mattress on the fold out sofa bed had large stains. There were no linens for the sofa bed either. We had 3 in our room but they only had two small towels in the bathroom. There was only decaf coffee. We had to go to the front desk to request request regular coffee and extra towels. The bathtub had some hair in it and didn't look like it was cleaned very well from the visitors before us. The mattress on the king size bed was hard and uncomfortable. When I realized there weren't any linens for the sofa bed, I called the front desk and asked if someone could bring some up. I was told no, because that person was the only one working. I went down to the front desk and was given a sheet and a blanket (no comforter) The man working told me that "We don't stock linens for the sofa bed in the rooms because there isn't enough space - also it isn't cost effective. We are an economy hotel". (even though there were empty drawers and a closet in the room with ample space for linens). I paid over $100 dollars for the room. You'd think it wouldn't cost much to put a sheet and a blanket in the room. And last but not least, there was only one front desk staff person that was friendly to us. She was a younger lady and had an accent . I can't remember her name but she was working when we arrived Saturday, 9/07 late morning. The other front desk people weren't friendly at all.

Already stated disappointment with breakfast access, and lack of room cleaning after our first night.. Otherwise, the room was clean and comfortable and we would return if we needed a room in the same area, again.
