Harpswell is worth a visit and this inn's setting is memorable. Breakfast was lovely! We had a little patio where we sat and could look out to the water.

Breakfast was good and we love the location. There was no bar soap on the bathroom counter this time but apparently it was a shipping issue.

Lovely, quaint hotel. Centrally located. Perfect for catching the Amtrak Downeaster. Staff are amazing and can’t do enough for you. We had dinner one night in the restaurant, as well as breakfast in the morning. The dinner was exceptional and the guests continental breakfast was great too. We would definitely stay here again when coming to friendly Brunswick as it’s a nice town. The Brunswick is definitely one of the best places to stay in the area and we highly recommend it.

Huge disappointment and very poor value for money.
Huge disappointment and very poor value for money.
Liked · Location was good. Spacious property. Quiet shoreline property with a lovely view
Disliked · Property was very tired and needed a major refit. Stuffed with the possessions and clutter of the owners. Not very clean and generally in poor state. Sanitary ware stained with rusty sink plugs & jacuzzi bath had clearly been broken for some time. Old uncomfortable beds and a smell of damp. Very disappointing indeed.

This house is in a very bad shape.
This house is in a very bad shape. Everything is very used and shabby. The only clean things were the bedsheets and towels in bathroom.
Showering was ok with Flipflops on but not very amusing. Fireplace and Grill outside were broken and could not be used.
The nice part about the house is the location right at the water. Eventhough we would not go into the water there since there was seagrass all over. The house is hidden in the woods so I was happy to have my husband and my son with me. Would have never stayed there alone.
All in all we think this house is not worth the money we paid for it!
