The Holiday Inn, Xpress need to tell travelers that if they stay more than one day, the Holiday Inn Express does not clean the room. And furthermore, in order to get towels are in the amenities, you have to explicitly ask for them. This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a Holiday Inn And not to clean the room daily should actually shut down the hotel. IHG has gotten away with quite a bit and they need a new CEO.

The customer service received from Sarah was great. I had two rooms and the tv didn’t work in either room, neither of us had a microwave and the hotel is VERY OUTDATED, however it was clean for the most part and the rooms were comfortable as well as the use of the jacuzzi.

The staff was friendly and really enjoyed interacting with a few of them. The were helpful when it came to finding what we needed like a restaurant or something just as simple as finding something to drink. The only part was the bathroom was kind of gross. Inside the shower there was a previous guests hair stuck to the wall. The cleanliness could be improved but overall was a great outing for me and my significant other.

Great place for a quick weekend getaway. The place came with a kitchen, which was convenient and useful for cooking, and a dishwasher, which made washing dishes quick and easy. While it came with a kitchen, it did not come with the utensils we needed (like a cutting board, etc.) but overall, it was good. Bed was comfy, the place was clean, and the pool was a great touch. Would definitely recommend.

Eagan is just close enough to the Mall of America so you can head over there then come back to your room to relax. Didn't get to explore the area itself too much because of the weather, but I imagine that it's great in the summer.

LITTLE SETTLEMENT INFRSTRUCTURE SEEMS TO EXIST...TOO MUCH AUTOMOBILE CENTERED LIVING HERE
The staff didn’t maintain the coffee, they were far behind the demand for the breakfast. I asked the staff to start more coffee twice. After the coffee was ready I had to ask for cups. The cups were right next to the coffee thermos and staff should have seen there were no cups.
The outside of the hotel was littered with cigarette butts and is in desperate need of some cleaning.
Beautiful Hotel in great location! Just minutes from Airport, dining, and shopping. Rooms were very comfortable and spacious. I plan to make this my go-to Hotel for sure when visiting the Twin Cities. All the staff were friendly and professional. Also, LOVED the purple lights on exterior at night. Go Vikings!!
This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. The facilities were amazing, modern, and high-quality. The management was extremely helpful in arranging a beautiful evening for my mother and her husband, whom I was treating. They really went the extra mile to make it a wonderful stay. Love this hotel! The gm was amazing and really was accommodating! The rooms were absolutely perfect. Big! All the amenities you could ask for in a room! We stayed two nights, came from out of town. Will definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again! Loved it!!
We never got 2 beds that we paid for,we got 1 for 4 kids and 1 adult ,had to sleep on floor, no extra blankets or pillows was given we had to go buy some. When we went to take shower we found shower was broke no water,Toilet was broke.

Room was clean and comfortable. The pillows were nice, they were soft and plushy unlike some hotels. Plenty of outlets and toiletries were good too, I appreciated the unscented option. Very cute lobby with extensive breakfast options.
The facility was super clean, the bathroom smelled like bleach, which is a good thing, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good. The pancake maker was a super nice change from the standard waffle maker at every other hotel.
