I'm not visiting Dover as a traveler or vacationer. I am here because I had a house fire and I needed someplace to stay while my house was cleaned. If I were going to move, Dover is one of the places I would consider moving to.

Staff was very good.
Staff was very good. Accommodations were adequate but because of Covid regulations we did not have sheets or towels changed the second night. Housekeeping delivered fresh towels upon our request. Beds were comfortable and room was quiet. TV was good. Steak restaurant and Italian restaurant were very good. Staff was pleasant also. Couldn't get on gambling machines until 8:00 a.m. each day. Machine servers were hard to find until after noon. Had to pay for coffee before 8:30 a.m. Not all the cafes were open.

Dover is beautiful and we will definitely return.
Dover is beautiful and we will definitely return. It is easy to get around by car and it is very safe and quiet. If you want excitement, you can always travel to one of the other towns. It is also very near to lots of beaches.

Nice facility fairly decent location amenities were as expected,, the only thing that concerns me is I use the booking app to book my room they showed and quoted me a price when I checked out I noticed that the bill was $12 more than what was quoted not that $12 matters but it's the principle I don't see why and how they can say that it's $12 more than what it was quoted

The room had everything we could have needed and was well maintained the beds were so comfortable and the sheets clean and soft. Everything in the bathroom worked and was well maintained. There were enough outlets for charging our phones and plugging in the kids things for the night. The breakfast was yucka but they did try with brown bags and drinks. People were nice enough and there was a pool but TINY. Again well maintained. The whole place was kept well just off the highway just enough for a stop
I rented a suite so that i could comfortably work from the hotel.
Location good; internet fast enough for live video conference calls; building clean; suite spacious.
Most importantly the staff was extremely welcoming.
Thank you to Alison, Jeremy, Jessica, Ricky, Ricky's mom and the number of people I interacted with whose names didn't stick in my head. Everyone seemed happy to help or just be friendly welcoming faces at the hotel.
My hotel bathroom was absolutely terrible. The tub was filthy and un useable. The towels were not clean. The refrigerator didn’t work and one lamp was also out of commission. Not to mention the false information I received about speaking with management who no longer works for the property. I’ve been trying to be refunded for a month. Still no call back. Don’t waste your time! Stay somewhere else.
I was so disappointed at the hotel cleaning and it's appearance we checked out a day early. I got my one day refund back..I reserve d non smoking, the. Room smelled like cigarettes smoke, carpet not vacuum, phone not working for 2 days no breakfast was served as advertised. My entire experience was horrible, I will never stay at any days in ever again.
The room was basic, but clean and everything worked. The staff were really lovely, especially the male reception worker - he was super friendly and helpful all weekend, and really was the reason the stay was great.
The room was away from Dupont Hwy so the noise was low. Have had rooms there that are on highway side. To noisy. Room was clean and the staff friendly. Coffee only in the morning and it was good. I had a good stay.
