Second stay here. Always has the friendliest staff. The rooms are always very clean and comfortable. This is definitely recommended if you need a place to stay in the area! Minutes to downtown Covina which has a great little nightlife.

Located off I-10 and adjacent to Eastland Shopping Center, this hotel is 3.5 miles from downtown West Covina. It features an outdoor pool and spacious rooms with free Wi-Fi.
We visit relatives in Diamond Bar. It offers nice playgrounds and hiking areas . Close to other cities for shopping and activities. Would not recommend Best Western until they finish major room renovations !

They tried to keep our deposit for extensive cleaning. Eventhough I cleaned the room myself and they said it was because they had to vaccum the carpet. Which is ridiculous.. do u mean to tell me u dont even vaccum between guests. The breakfast was the sane everyday and the staff had a bad attitude

Location is great and staff very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and bed comfortable. Poor water pressure and TV was not plugged in for some reason, a minor inconvenience. Current Pandemic situation has caused limited access to some features. Overall a fair to good visit with potential to be excellent.
The room was clean and spacious with nice amenities. Comfy beds and pillows. Quiet room, despite being near a freeway. The room A/C was a plus on our visit to beat the heat. Also, the pool was clean, cool and we were the only ones using it on a hot day. The staff was friendly and helpful. Take advantage of the free breakfast, a nice selection breakfast items including batter to make your own waffle. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of a shopping center and restaurants.
This room is so noisy because next to high way.This is my first bad review on booking. i just feel this hotel is bad management. i stay here for 4 days and they told me there is no roomkeeping due to Covid. ok . but i just need new towel and tissue. they said there is not enough at back. so i only use one bathtissue for 4 days! I do not reveive any service but their bad attitude. sorry i will not go this place again.
Comes with a very descent Breakfast. It also had a beautiful sofa, an amazing bed, a sink with coffee area, and a beautiful view of the golf course. It is located in a very nice area off the hill and very quiet...somewhat remote. But located near shopping areas. The size of the room is also bigger than expected. It's clean comfortable.
Breakfast was fine -- Covid has made everything so much more difficult and I appreciate the effort to still serve a hot breakfast. I didn't use the pool area though it looks comfortable and clean. The dog area was clean and accessible and I appreciate the Pup Bags being provided.

A mediocre breakfast was served all 5 mornings we were there. After first morning , we ate out. Will never stay there again . Best western should check up on them , as it’s below their standards !
Simple but good enough breakfast is served everyday. The location of the hotel is pretty convenient. It is close to highway and you can get to Target and Walmart in minutes (driving).
It was a beautiful hotel. It had everything you could possibly need in a hotel. I travelled alone and it was my first time staying at a hotel and I felt absolutely safe.
Excellent staff, beautiful facility, very quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was also very good. Exceeded expectations and hope to stay here again if in the area.
