Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The food options were nice, exceptional service at the restaurant. The room was comfy - I ended up getting a virus during my stay (which was horrible!) but the bed was comfy and I was able to get food delivered to me while I was recovering. Bathroom was clean and modern. Check in and out was smooth and easy.

Chose the city because of location to local loved ones. The hotel area is bland and a bit run down. There is little by way of grocery / shopping near by. It is near highways. Neighborhoods are upscale, and good dining is within 10-minute by car.

They do not do maid service each day unless you ask. This was not communicated at check in. Caused us to run out of towels (later sent up), ran out of amenities such as soap, shampoo and toilet paper, coffee for the coffee bar, cups and glassware.
, trash was not emptied. Had we known that we could request maid service we certainly would have.

Sheets were not washed, I'm not snobby, but there was a red stain and a clump of hair in my sheets. The only other thing that bugged me was that everything in the breakfast, covid to-go bag was carbs and sugar. I mean give me a freaking cheese stick.... I'm diabetic anyway, so I'm not just some dieting chick, I seriously try to watch and balance my carbs. So to go from a normal hotel breakfast with eggs and bacon and other low carb items to sugary fruit and poptart type breakfast bars

Deerfield is in a nice location. Easy acces off tollway.
Deerfield is in a nice location. Easy acces off tollway. Good places to eat: Rosebud, Jimmy Thai , Cherry Pit. Portillos is a must . Northbrook court is great shopping , nice restaurants, and see a movie. The Milwaukee Road train station in town is a fast way to, Union Staion in Chicago, where the ctivities are endless! There is a Whole Foods, Barnes and Noble, cute little shops in downtown Deerfield, and a convenient 24 hour Walgreens.

Hotel is great.
Hotel is great. Staff very friendly but almost didn’t happen as I booked through booking.com and they never made the reservation despite me having all my confirmation and thank god because after 8 hours on the road, I almost had no room except I had my confirmation. But hotel had no record. When they called booking .com, they just said, oops we screwed up
The front desk is very helpful and considerate towards our needs and helped find us the best accommodations for our stay here while we are in a big town! We are happy with the entire experience of our stay here.

Cleanliness of all hotel areas and the suite itself, all very well looked after. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food and drinks on offer were brilliant. Facilities are excellent for the hotel and price. The rooms are a fantastic size, and importantly, the bed, pillows and linen were all so comfy, and it offers a fantastic night's sleep. Great location with everything you need within a short drive.

This is a fantastic hotel. Clean and spacious, with a kitchen and cable. Just a 5-minute walk to the Metra Lake Cook Station that runs straight into the City. Bonus washer and dryer facilities, swimming pool, and basketball hoop.
I loved the set-up of this hotel. The food was absolutely delicious. By far one of the best meals I've had at a hotel. I really like how responsive the staff was and how friendly they were. I will definitely stay here again!
Very basic breakfast, that could be easily improved with better products. Employees are nice. the premises are starting to be quite old. There is nothing to do or no restaurant located near the hotel by walking distance.
