I have stayed at this hotel before and chose it this time because it was a good stay the first time. It is comfortable and clean.

Breakfast options were good, nothing fancy but I’m not expecting 5 star meals here. I enjoyed the stay overall. Place could use a deep clean up.

We only stayed in Deer Park for a more reasonable priced hotel. Our trip was actually in Galveston Tx. We took our family to Schlitterbahn & had a great time! Great weather, hot 🥵 but great. Thank God for the constant breeze all day 🌬💨 We ate at Golden Coral and we also went to the beach 🏖

All of the amenities were available and was amazing. The freeways/thoroughfares can be extremely confusing with GPS due to road construction. Fresh seafood availability was great and the establishments were all in one location in Seabrook (which is close to Deer Park).
That it is between Popeyes and McDonald's. Incase breakfast at hotel may not meet someone's expectation. I will say that the Popeyes was one of our favorites since, we had joked about having one next to the hotel. We got a laugh when it was. The blankets and pillows that come on the bed, were some that I like. Since the blanket was not too thin. The pillows provided some comfort, but also did bring pillows from home.
Great location for my activities. Really liked the kitchenette , that was also set up with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, etc.
The recliner available to watch tv was a nice touch. The J R Watson toiletries were excellent.
There was also a good selection of items in the hotel store.
The manager was very nice and accommodating.
The food was great and the area around the hotel must have been safe enough because when my delayed brother got away from us for ten minutes and got outside he didn’t get hit by a car. But the walls of the hotel were so thin you could hear every word said everywhere. Also the pool was green
Clean, beautiful. Deer park is a nice town. It was a great value too. The reviews on this place were legit. My only issue was my room was only cleaned once in 4 days. But the front desk was great with extra towels and soaps. My kids loved the pool and breakfast.
Studio 6 was everything you want in a hotel. Clean, comfortable, and the staff was cordial and welcoming. Thank you for your hospitality. Your picture should be in the dictionary beside the word.
The place was immaculate and the furnishing were new. I normally stay at high end hotels so I was a bit apprehensive about staying here. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice it was.
The rooms were comfortable, location good, the hotel overall was nice with a couple of exceptions that should be taken care of.
