Front desk staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was great. Rooms clean and comfortable. Air unit in room was a perfect sound level for sleeping (I've stayed else where and the unit sounded like a train!) would definitely stay again if I am ever in the area.

My room had roaches and the carpets were dirty in the halls with spots all over it and the coffee dispenser was nasty and the wall behind it was dirty and slashed with old coffee. The staff was reasonable with us but I overheard them not being nice to other guests

Cleaning staff were very friendly, timely and competent. Towels were very clean and adequate.
Bedspread had large worn hole in it; shower tile had 2 feet of missing grout surrounding tub; ceiling above king bed had 18 inches of crumbling plaster from water damage.
Office staff/franchise owners(?) were very difficult to understand, very unfriendly, skeptical unhelpful unhelpful and incompetent taking credit card info during two check-ins for reasons unknown.

I like the area as far as stores, resturants, AND gas. But my room was not that clean. Then Saturday the house keeper man still didn't clean my room. The floors were dirty the micro wave was dirty. TheT.V cord wasn't secure. The toilet seat is briken. This room 324. Wasn't up to part. Roaches roaches. Disgusting.

I live in Decatur, GA, and have for over 43 years. However, downtown Decatur has so much to offer that we tend to overlook because we live here. This was an excellent opportunity to reintroduce our city to my kids. The hotel offered excellent free material for planning all kinds of Decatur excursions. If history is your love like it is ours then this is a perfect getaway, that won't disappoint your hunger.

Close to Atlanta but not within the hustle and bustle. Next to Stone Mountain. Lots of things to do and places to see. Colleges and history are in abundance. MK stature, Major black colleges and Universities and an underground shopping center contribute to the long list of things to do and see.
Our flight was delayed because of mechanical problems with the plane, so we did not arrive at the house until 2 AM.
We had difficulty getting in, so we messaged to Kelly, and she responded right away with a fix. At 2am!
The location was amazing and easily walkable to downtown Decatur. We were able to park in the driveway, and the neighborhood was lovely and peaceful. Beds were comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed.
Everything about this hotel was terrific. It was clean, the staff was friendly, and my room was spacious and comfortable. I wasn't expecting a luxury hotel at this price, but it was far better than I thought it would be. I would definitely stay here again. There was a simple but hot breakfast and good coffee every morning, and it is located in a good part of the city.
It’s one block from the Decatur town square with its great selection of eateries. There is a little bistro in the hotel lobby open in morning and evening for light meals and espresso coffee and pastries. The cook was great and serves the guests himself. The hotel staff was always very helpful. The room typical—spacious but not spectacular.
We loved the location. Even with construction in the area, we could easily walk to downtown Decatur & the MARTA station, & were close by family in the area. There is a lovely, well- maintained graveyard next to the hotel, along with a large park, so we could go take walks in the pretty settings.
The location was excellent very close to Decatur Marta station and close to food restaurants and bars, when i arrived the service i received from DHIREN was very good and nothing was too much trouble he was very helpful and knowledgable of the whole area and was a credit to super 8 by Wyndham
We enjoyed our stay at Quality Inn Suites Decatur - Atlanta East. We loved the cleanliness of the room, the quietness of the hotel, and the friendly staff. The hotel location is awesome. It's within walking distance from a QT which is open 24 hours. We will definitely stay here again.
The apartment was perfect for what we needed.. way more convenient that a hotel room! We were able to let our older children stay up while we put the toddler to bed, which is not an option in a hotel room. Apartment had a great clean smell.
Breakfast was a set menu not a buffet. The choice was limited but good. You have to pay for your breakfast. The hotel initially objected to free breakfast but agreed to it when I showed my booking through Booking.com.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. the rooms were clean and housekeeping was available everyday. We are artists participating in a craft show and the hotel price and location were reasonable.
Second time I have stayed at this Hotel, nice location. Close to restaurant, fast food, and gas stations. Hwy 20 right there so you can get to everywhere.N/A
