I loved the breakfast!! I went with my 1 year and 5 month old son and I was happy with all the breakfast options. The lady in charge of breakfast played with my son, she was very kind! Super beautiful place, big bathroom, and room with black-out curtains.

Through no fault of my own a double booking was made, and when trying to straighten it out, I was treated rudely and did not, in any way, warrant the hostile responses that I received. My husband, whom the room was booked for, actually left after one night due to the room being unacceptable.

Friendly, helpful staff. Filled room request without a problem. Made room reservations for a future event, no problem, very helpful. Room was clean. Only showered and slept there, out the rest of the day at a convention so didn't really get to use any amenities or see what was available.

I had formerly written about a $50 charge that I was charged on the night I checked in. The charge was NOT dropped the next morning. I was charged the extra $50 on my credit card. I called the hotel about this. The woman who answered my call took care of the issue quickly and professionally and, when I checked on my credit card statement, the charge was indeed dropped. Thanks, Jamie, for taking care of this issue.

The staff was very accommodating, there was no mini refrigerator in our room. I was traveling with my special needs granddaughter and had items that needed to be kept cold. I called the front desk and there was a refrigerator in our room when we returned from dinner!

Location for the work conference was perfect. Towels were in good condition. Water pressure in the shower was great.
I was able to open the windows to get fresh air, which is not common enough in hotels. And it felt safe to leave them open at night for a stretch.
The hotel restaurant had decent vegetarian options and even a gluten free bread option! Big and very pleasant surprise.
The location is very good, next to the highway, the room is very quiet, there is a gas station next to the hotel, there is a McDonald's opposite, the breakfast is also very rich, and the front desk service is very good.
