It was clean and nice and there was free breakfast and dinner (it was good). The staff was super friendly and even brought my friend a gift for her birthday up to our room when they found out it was her birthday. The pool and hot tub are nice as well.

Traffic is very congested and highways are full of aggressive speeding drivers. The outerbelts are crazy. People have little respect for each other. Modern city with lots of new restaurants and bars. Easton has a lot to offer. Lots to see and do.

I attend the Columbus Ribs and Jazz fest (a 3 day event) when I can. On my first attendance my opinion of Columbus drivers was they are the rudest drivers in Ohio. I won't change that because to do so would be risk to my life. On this last trip I dated the opinion: Columbus drivers are the rudest drivers east of the Mississippi river in America. They have gotten much worse, more aggressive, less respective to speed limits, less respective to interstate right of way at speeds exceeding 70MPH, and the number of rude drivers has gone up by 2,000%. To drive on an interstate in Columbus is more risk than Boston, LA, or San Francisco. And, for no good reason! My next planned trip to Columbus is 'NEVER EVER' and for good reason.

The downtown area is clean and felt safe, which is rare for a major US City. The area we stayed had nearby restaurants and bars. The Convention Center and Nationwide Arena was within walking distance. We definitely plane on returning for a longer stay.

Columbus is my favorite midwest city. Columbus is encircled with interstate I-270 which gives visitors easy access all around Columbus. Activities,shopping,events etc. for everyone. Visit Columbus!!!!!

We were in town to attend the Buckeye game. Columbus has a great downtown with excellent coffee shops, ice cream places, and interesting restaurants. So easy to get around and lots for families to do.

Downtown Columbus has expanded significantly into a destination area that has a good mix of pedestrian and non-pedestrian accessible activities. Like any urban downtown it needs to focus on safety and security for its residents and visitors.
This hotel was better than I expected. When my family and I pulled up, we were in awe of the beauty of the hotel. From that point on, everything was amazing. The staff were very friendly, the room was the right size for my family, and the atmosphere was nice. There was always somewhere to chill and relax and the location was perfect. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to all of my family and friends visiting Columbus.
Everything was perfect for what I wanted. A shower and a clean bed to prepare me for the early flight the next morning. Also the business room with computers that I desperately needed to use. And the hotel picked me up from the car rental at the airport after I turned my car in, then dropped me off the next morning for my flight. Friendly, knowledgeable staff!
The breakfast is amazing. One of the best ones I have had in a hotel. Rooms were comfy and I love the full windows in the rooms. Staff was nice and my daughter enjoyed the pool. The location was great. It was nice being close to so many different choices of restaurants. We also were close to Easton Town Center which was nice.

It was clean and the hotel staff was friendly and helpfull. Really close to the airport.
On arrival there was no hairdryer, and all towels were missing but housekeeping provided both quickly.
Rooms are spacious and aircondition can be set and is working well.
Amenities were beyond what was ever offered at any other hotel we have stayed at. Opportunities to use record player or boom box in your room. Bicycles or even kayaking opportunities! The decor was beautiful and so comfortable. Rooftop bar had excellent downtown views. Customer service was excellent.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and the bed too. No complaints about the hotel itself or the friendly staff. We chose this hotel because we were passing through and just wanted dinner and a drink at the hotel. Thank goodness we had a car, because no restaurants were nearby.
I travel a lot for events and this was by far one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The staff was exceptionally friendly. The room was so well kept. The pool was clean and just the right temperature. The breakfast was amazing and they kept refreshing the entire time. Highly recommend.
The rooms were spacious and very relaxing/comfortable. The bathrooms were modern and the shower was one of the best I have had in a hotel. The breakfast was hot and delicious. My daughter really enjoyed the pool as well. Getting a swim in after breakfast made her morning.
For the most part the facility was clean and the staff were nice. Depending on your standards of what clean is this hotel may work for you. I just feel like for $200 a day after taxes I shouldn’t see any mold in my bathroom or dirt anywhere in the room.
The quality of the stay, was no better than a low to mid range national hotel chain that is well-maintained. I just think that the value for the cost is very low. My hotel room was not great. The door was peeling. Much of the stay was fair at best.
The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and our room was very nice and comfortable. The location was just outside of downtown Columbus, so it was a short drive to all the places we wanted to visit.
The rooms were very large and the beds were comfortable with the noise insulation also quite good. Staff were very pleasant and helpful and it was a real bonus to have the hotel gym open 24/7 to use!

I paid for an upgraded room and the description said it had a bigger bathroom. The bathroom was the same size as the other room and the other room was 30 dollars cheaper.
