Looked done over. Room looked good but at 4:30am in morning a good size beetle crawled across my lips. I jumped up quick so grossed out the rest of night. I tried to kill it. I could see it on white duvet and just felt so itchy after that. I didn’t want to wake my husband or dog so when I ran to bathroom for tissue to kill it, then it was gone. Shook out entire bedding couldn’t find it. Bothered me all night couldn’t sleep. We have stayed there 2-3 times before with no problems. I really wanted to leave during the night.

I liked the location and I also liked the lay out and the room it very spacious and all the staff were very helpful and the breakfast was very good.

The bed was very comfortable. The shower was nice. The layout of the room was nice. The location was great and parking was very easy once I knew where to go.

Breakfast was great, The lady in charge of the breakfast is very helpful and polite. Stays on top of everything including cleaning the tables, Not many hotel employees does that so I will give her a 5 star rating all around.

Clinton is a great small town that is great for strolling through. Has many different shops to browse. Grab an ice cream and/or a coffee and enjoy the view of the Red Mill. Maybe grab an exhibit at the Art Museum.

Staff far exceeded my expectations.
Front desk person helped in several ways that she was not required to do.
Waitress, Terrie, stayed late herself and cooked me a special meal after the chef had gone home for the night. This was almost unbelieveable.
It was a clean hotel I feel as if unfortunately you guys were shorthanded but everybody is I really enjoyed the fact that I could come down in the morning when I was leaving and grab a coffee and a banana because we actually live in Pennsylvania and we are just traveling to New England sewer making mini pitstops every day saying a different hotels
location is great. I had stayed there once before when it was Holiday Inn which was a great experience, it is now under new name and new management, it looked like the property was not in the great shape I previously remembered but it seems the new management is trying to bring it back to it old glory times.
This is a beautiful property that needs a bit of work. It is a terrific place for a conference, lots of space and parking. The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable! There is a bar on site with ordering food optional. Best part, the facility is pet friendly!
Hotel was very clean and well maintained inside and out. The reception staff was great. I had a problem with the TV & the wonderful gentleman from the front desk came right up (it was a tripped circuit breaker).
The location was good. The breakfast could have had more variety. I loved the hotel itself. It was very clean and comfortable. The pool is a plus as well. I will definitely be back to stay with my children!
There was no breakfast available and we were not told this when we arrived. Staff were helpful but not very friendly. Location was convenient and the pool area was nice. Room had mold on the ceiling shower.
