Boasting barbecue facilities, stayAPT Suites Cleveland TN is situated in Cleveland in the Tennessee region, 48 km from Chattanooga Zoo and 44 km from Tennessee Riverpark.
We liked the facility. Also happy with the availability of washer & dryer. This is a very busy intersection off I-75 so finding sites could be a challenge due to abundance of traffic. We did eat at Cracker Barrel which was at the next exit from I-75. We spent most of our free time with family.

Cleveland is a beautiful town that has grown pretty crowded but still has mountain charm and natural beauty. There are many things to see and do I would have stayed longer if I did not have to flea from roaches at the hotel in the middle of the night.

ABSOLUTLY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED...
ABSOLUTLY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. THE YOUNG BOY AT THE FRONT DESK WAS HORRIBLE. HE TREATED US SO POORLY. WE ACTUALLY HAD TO CALL THE LAW UP THERE. I BELIEVE HE WAS PROBABLY HIGH ON DRUGS IF I HAD TO STAY. WE WILL NEVER STAY THERE

Cleveland is a busy growing city.
Cleveland is a busy growing city. Way too much traffic for me, but it is close to lots of natural parks, hiking trails and places to whitewater raft. Lots of Mom & Pop places to eat with really good food. They have a great greenway with lots of miles to walk!

Cleveland is a beautiful city. Clean and friendly.
Cleveland is a beautiful city. Clean and friendly. Ate at Longhorn, including with room was a 10% discount. The following day we went to Olive Garden. We enjoyed the church service at North Cleveland Church of God and rode around the campus of Lee University. We even were able to enjoy some remaining fall colors. It was a great visit.

If you're into churches.
If you're into churches. Perry Stone ministry is located in Cleveland TN. We also went three times to the Chattanooga Tennessee Railroad museum, which was right up 75. The trains are a MUST See, and affordable. Your patronage helps them restore historical steam trains and original Diesel engines for the continued enjoyment of future generations! The trees were also starting to change. We were there a week too early. But" the chill in the air was working it's magic on a few maple trees we saw. Beautiful totally beautiful... To save money we packed the cooler for sandwiches, but still went to places like Dollywood and Gatlinburg. Sad about the fire that took Puckers and other businesses. We spent friday night and left Saturday morning.
Bed was comfortable! Size of bathroom was decent. In room coffee maker was nice. Love the coffee in the lobby. The breakfast was great. We don't eat pork and LOVED the turkey sausage option. My kids LOVED the automatic pancakes. I like the size of the coffee cups!
I liked that they had 2 pillow options. (soft and firm)
The breakfast lady was VERY nice!
I wish the hotel were 10% cheaper.
I thought the breakfast area had a nice assortment of breakfast items. The buffet area was modern and tastefully decorated. The sitting area was also nice and comfortable with lots of big windows and natural lighting. The lobby area is spacious and inviting when you come into the hotel with an area where you can shop for snacks and essentials.
The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the location fit well with my travel plans. The room was awesome, as they had recently remodeled (the rooms, not the hotel itself - which could really use a facelift). I checked out before their normal breakfast hours, so they made a grab-n-go bag for me.
We had an emergency and need a room while Chev worked on our truck. Staying here made out 12 hour layover tolerable! We had a clean smoke free room PLUS great rate, wonderful service and cookies. We also recomend the Chev dealer next door. Hanks Cleveland TN for taking care of us.
The booking. Com booked the wrong state. I booked for Cleveland, GA and at the last minute it switched it to Cleveland, Tennessee. We never stayed I requested an immediate change of location and cancelation on this reservation as soon as the email came through.
The staff was very kind and helpful. The rooms were very clean and smelled great. The beds were so comfy and the shower pressure was very good for a hotel. Was very happy with everything. We will definitely all stay at a Best Western Plus again.
Check-in process was fast, room had a nice view of the sunrise (on side facing away from highway), and beds were comfortable. Felt very clean. Parking as easy as well. Free coffee in the morning.
This was the nicest hotel to choose from in Cleveland. Location is great, fast food near by as well as a shopping strip. Not a far drive to/from Chattanooga. The rooms were clean, plenty of space.
The location was right off the highway and your left alone in room. It had a kitchen, fridge and everything a high end hotel would have but for cheaper. Nice staff and good conversation.
The staff was kind and courteous, the room was clean and spacious, and the decor in both the room and the common areas made the hotel look clean, modern, and luxurious.
