The location we chose as it was perfect to explore most of St Petes and Cleawater area. The room was good size, well equipped with tea/coffee, TV, AC, en suite etc. Housekeeping were great with loads of fresh towels every day, car park always had spaces, reception staff were very helpful. The swimming pool and outdoor whirlpool were a welcome facility in the evenings. We saw the gym, which looked good but didn't use it. There were lots of vending machines for snacks and ice machines an each floor.

You have got to do the Dolphin Tour!
You have got to do the Dolphin Tour! We were able to see 2 sets of dolphins one set being a new mom and her calf of a week old and 2 manatees while on our tour. The tour also takes you to a small island in the intercoastal to pick sea shells, snorkel, swim (30 min stop) but felt more like 45 because it was so fun! and for the little ones hunt for pirate treasure!
The traffic is heavy.. get there early to find good parking, there is a fee per hour to park starting at 6am with max of 5 hr parking at some locations. They make it easy to pay by contactless or at the pay booth. Which you can download and it's the same app as the other beaches as far down as Madeira Beach.
Cannot see sunrise from Clearwater unless your coming in on HWY60 going over the sound there are a few locations to be able to see it.

30 days with no clean tow or clean linen not even or clean room not even once and the GM state the the rate offer by Booking.com was too low. That the room was more than enough. Roaches around the room and bathroom. The front desk personnel was very pro but every time you start talking to them the GM move to the front desk and take over. What else you could do stay since no time to move. We ask for a refund but said no. $0.00. We are entitle to a refund. Please rate a “0”

We had a fantastic time in Clearwater we went to the Clearwater marine aquarium…I was able to do the dolphin VIP experience and it was well worth the time and money!!! We will definitely be back, beaches were clean, lots of choices for food!! Good food!! We ate mellow mushroom, and Carrabba’s…the calzones from mellow mushroom were HUGE ado we split one…I had my first sangria drink at carrabbas and LOVED it and the food!!

I went to the Clearwater area to visit a family member. We fished one day and saw two spring training baseball games and toured around the area a little. Really enjoyed the Columbia restaurant. An excellent meal there.

We had a wonderful time at Indian Rock and Clearwater...
We had a wonderful time at Indian Rock and Clearwater beaches...the sunsets were spectacular! We enjoyed traveling to Tarpon Springs to eat delicious Greek food at Mykono's restaurant and to learn about the historic sponge industry the TS community on the Gulf is known for.
We enjoyed going the the Phillies Baycare Park for a spring training game. We also traveled to see them play the Pirates at Leecom Park in Bradenton.
Unfortunately our accommodations were very disappointing to say the least. We already listed most of the defects of the Viagem property on the Booking.com site. This place on 1477 S. Harrison Rd. is located on a very busy, well traveled road with trucks motorcycles, and emergency vehicles passing very close by day and night. There is no in the office to voice any complaints, you must send a text for any concerns. No human contact. Poorly refurbished apartment.
But once again, we had many great times enjoying the Clearwater, St Petersburg area.
We liked verything! The hotel staff and management were great, they made sure our needs were meet.
Our stay was for 3 days and we extended it to 5 because the hotels in Clearwater did not meet our expectations.

TV broken, Remote wrapped in tape. Bed springs made noise. Vending machine for drinks out of order. Candy machine STALE candy. Floor stained. Breakfast bad, cheap utensils. Hot water not turned on. No fruit. Seemed like people were coming off the street to get free breakfast. No attendant. When we checked in the desk, she made my wife show her ID. We are both 66 years old. Are people bringing hookers in?
The room was clean, and it was nice to have a full kitchen. The staff was professional, very friendly, helpful, and made our experience enjoyable. The hotel was very quiet and peaceful, and there was plenty of parking. The location was in close proximity to the venues we were attending and places to visit in Clearwater and Tampa.
The bright spot was the night clerk, as I landed in Florida in the evening; He was the only positive experience that I had there. The room was for one night . Everything about the hotel was average for an inexpensive hotel, inc. staff and facilities . The hot tub and pool were clean but I didn't make it to the free breakfast.
We liked the clean comfortable rooms, they have a nice outdoor pool and shaded sitting area. Very affordable, it was in downtown Clearwater are, but only a short drive from the beach. We will definitely book another stay there. Owner came to make sure everything was good for us.
It was just ok, pictures are deceiving a bit. It is a renoed old motor lodge but the renos are cheaply done. Paint splatters all over the floors. an extension cord run through a wall to plug in the tv which was painted over. Free laundry was nice.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The property is a little dated and there's no breakfast but the location is minutes from downtown Clearwater. Be prepared to pay $10 for parking. Good value for the money.
The hotel room was passable it just reminded me of a landlord special fixing . The room looked like it was some leakage but was just painted over. The bathroom said it was cleaned but it was dusty and mucky.
Staff are very friendly and courteous. The hotel is clean, my room was clean, spacious and had everything I needed. I will definitely be staying here again during my next visit to Clearwater.

Well taken care of. Had good security, the elevators required a card to go up to your floor. I felt comfortable in the room. It’s in a nice area but it’s still downtown Clearwater.
Pool is green cannot swim. Hasn’t been working all season. That should be advertised or people should have option to switch hotels. It is summer in Florida!
