Horrible. I had a 2 night stay ... the room was not touched for the 2nd. night. Not even new towels or a restock of the in-room coffee maker. When asked about this at the desk, they told me that's the way it's done now due to covid. Basically they DON'T clean the room because of covid ... but still charge the same amount (or more)to book the room. What a scam. If you don't clean the room for the 2nd. night of a 2 night stay ... at least provide clean towels, make the bed and re-stock the coffee maker. If you can't service the room ... then don't rent it! Furniture in the room was also heavily stained and the Television didn't work properly.
The hotel is very outdated and the cleanliness was questionable. There was an odour in the room that was quite repulsive and the surfaces in the room were sticky. The room is very outdated with the walls being paper thin. We could hear everything from next door. The hotel is very overpriced for what you get. The elevators are so tiny and old I was not comfortable taking them. I would not recommend this hotel.
The Indian women that worked at the desk had disgusting attitudes. They were so nasty. They were not helpful at all and they didn’t hide the fact that they didn’t wish to accommodate me or help me with understanding any of the hotels policy. They need to get rid of them because they’re the first face that is seen when customers arrive. The men were very nice.
Extremely nice staff--we stayed here after being forced into an extra night in Newark due to cancelled flight at the airport. We called late, and staff worked to get us one of the few remaining rooms and to help us get to and from the airport. Room was clean, bed was very comfy, and hotel is not bad value for the area.
The breakfast and bar restaurant was great. All of the staff were wonderful. The facilities were clean and comfortable. We had a really nice time here. We will return if we visit the area for an overnight stay again.
We stay here when we visit our son in Clark... have stayed at your hotel on at least occasions. The room is clean and it's a very convenient hotel to our son.
