I wanted to leave an honest review even though our trip had a few hiccups. So the hotel is great, it’s beautiful. The location is great. But the staff lost my key to my car which caused many headaches. The valet driver actually drove us to where we needed to be which was great. Wasn’t upset that they lost my key. It was that management did nothing. They never offered to help in anyway. The valet staff apologized several times and as I told them, it happens, I wasn’t upset. It was when I went to the front desk the staff there seemed like you were an inconvenience.

I was only there for part of the day and I explored the Taft Museum/National Park. It was very interesting and there is a lot of information on President Taft. The house is in great shape but does have a lot of steps, however there is also a hidden elevator. Just tell your guide about your mobility issues. I had plans to see the zoo but it was 35 degrees with snow flurries the next day. So I opted for the Creation Museum; it has really grown since my last visit! It is awesome.

Like many cities Cincinnati is beautiful in parts.
Like many cities Cincinnati is beautiful in parts. There is a great art and food scene, and plenty to do and enjoy. Transit is not particularly difficult and parking is difficult but available, and pricy.
The problem with Cincinnati is the level of crime and drug use throughout the city. One can't walk 100 yards without smelling marijuana and the promlems of poverty and homelessness are continuously evident. The good and bad parts are common to most cities. Oddly right across the river in Newport Kentucky the crime, drugs, etc. Seem basically non-existent. The Newport Aquarium and Hoffbrau Haus were great.

We came away with a much greater appreciation for the city of Cincinnati and Ohio in general. We appreciated amazing food, art deco architecture, art, and science in the city. The zoo is so much more than just Fiona. The animal enclosures are well-designed to provide a reasonable experience for the animals and great viewing for guests. The Cincinnati Museum Center and American Sign Museum were fun too.

Was in for a conference so didn't really have time to spend sight-seeing downtown. From what I could observe, downtown area has a number of closed businesses downtown and lots of constructions which made driving somewhat challenging.

Cincinnati is a great walking city.
Cincinnati is a great walking city. We were there for a couple of Reds games and as a home base to go visit the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. We enjoyed an outdoor concert in Fountain Square at night and it was great.
Wow! The breakfast was SO good. The staff at Poindexter Coffee are so sweet and quick with service. I was hooked on the vegetarian breakfast burrito — SO good! My daughter and I loved the ease of being able to grab a quick breakfast onsite. We were so happy that beyond the convenience, the food and coffee were great! We also took advantage of the free bikes. We borrowed two bikes and took a spin through the University of Cincinnati campus. It was free, spontaneous and one of our favorite things we did while we were there!
Location was great- we visited to go to a Cincinnati Reds Baseball game and the Westin wasn’t far from the stadium! We went to a day and a night game and I never felt unsafe on the walk back to the room. It was a short and easy walk. These is a parking garage directly under the Westin, it’s not a in and out parking you have to pay everytime you leave.. the front desk ppl were very nice. There is a “restaurant” breakfast in the lobby (not free) it was so so… the hotel was clean
Let me say that the Boho Studio Loft met all my expectations and then some. The unit was exactly as described; extremely clean, well-decorated, easy to access, and had all the essentials to make my stay comfortable. The instructions are comprehensive and I was able to reach the host easily when I had questions. I would have to say this was the best rental unit I have ever stayed at. Highly recommend!!!
This was my first time staying at a Tru by Hilton and we loved it!! The front desk staff were awesome from check in to checking out. Probably the best breakfast since COVID at a hotel. Loved how modern everything was. The room was perfect! It was so nice to see that there wasn't any carpet in the room. The shower pressure was fantastic and nice and hot! We will absolutely be staying again.
Love the hotel love the setting and where it was place downtown that was the whole point of me running the room during the stay and during the football game so by time the football game was done and over and I decided to check in for my room my room was given away and they had to accommodate and send me to another hotel which they sent me to the summit so that was very very disappointing
I love love the rooms.....they are very accommodating....I love how the room has two beds and a sofa bed.....I love the space and I love the fact, when I get to my room it's ice cold....I love that....this by far is the best hotel and when I come to ohio, it's the only hotel I'll stay at. Please keep up the Excellent work
Stayed in Cincinnati on our way home from Nashville. Enjoyed a Reds game (12 mins to the Stadium) and checked out Newport Aquarium (6 mins from Hotel). Room was clean. Everything worked as should. Hot breakfast was decent. Friendly Staff. Private parking and a Mexican Restaurant across the parking lot.
First room was a no-go. Staff was very helpful in getting room changed, second room was slightly nicer, but still not the best I've ever seen. Hotel is a little on the run down side. Morning Breakfast was standard hotel buffet fair. Staff was all very nice, and a pleasure to talk with.
It was a new hotel. Very spacious. Kitchenette was very clean. Bathroom was split, sink in one place, shower/toilet in another. The ceiling fan above the bed was very nice. When we got to our room, it smelled good and was cool, not stuffy. Staff was amazing.
The decor was amazing! Very fun! The hotel was super busy with Homecoming activities for University of Cincinnati and the Browns vs Bengals game, but you couldn’t hear anything loud when you were in your room, staff was very nice and accommodating.
The room sure seemed updated. The common areas could have been nicer. Yes in a somewhat rough part of town, but never felt unsafe. Would stay again if I needed to be close to downtown Cincinnati but not spend an arm and a leg.
wow all I’m gone say food is amazing beds are so comfortable the shower so big lol room come with a tablet to order what ever you want I felt like a king by far the nicest hotel in Cincinnati
This hotel seemed to be in disrepair and in need of significant work. In terms of quality and value, this property was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel.
The breakfast was decent; your standard hotel hot breakfast. The wifi was surprisingly fast for a hotel, which was a nice surprise. Everyone at the front desk was very kind.
