We were there for a meeting, but I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the National Medal of Honor Museum and highly recommend it to everyone! Pucketts is on the opposite side of the same building so once you are finished with your Museum tour, you can grab a bite to eat. You will not leave hungry!
Also, a super fun adventure for the family is the Tennessee Valley Railroad Museum! We love trains and it is a sure WIN with any Thomas the Tank engine lovers!! Look on their website for special events and days when the trains are 'running'. Just TERRIFIC!

Chattanooga has lots of great things to enjoy (we like Rock City Gardens, Ruby Falls, Creative Discovery Museum (for our son). There's the Aquarium as well. However, driving around Chattanooga is terrible (road layout and people driving like idiots - I'm a confident and competent driver but still felt that my family and I were in significant danger on the roads) and the city has a nice center surrounded by a vast, sprawling, poorly planned industrial zone. Therefore, I highly recommend planning your stay and routes carefully in advance, basing yourself either downtown or on Lookout Mountain and planning driving routes in advance.

We are elderly and had disabilities and asked for bottom floor. We had to go up 2 flights of stairs. We also told them about our pets (as it was shown as pet friendly) and they overcharged us for the pets! They did not speak much english and were very difficult to understand. Very little breakfast, just individually wrapped cookies, juice and bad coffee!! It was the worst place we have ever stayed and I would never recommend it to anyone!!

Ruby Falls is an unique place one must visit.
Ruby Falls is an unique place one must visit. One of the best places I have been so far. Rock City and Incline Rail should be clubbed together to have a wonderful experience. One can't miss Coker museum. In addition, number of attractions and different culinary makes this place perfect holiday destination!

The downtown area is very clean with lots of parking options for nearby attractions. The Medal of Honor Center was educational and its' scenes were very well done. Worth the visit.
The Riverwalk was a popular and wonderful experience, a great city asset.
We dined on fresh oysters at The Boathouse along the river and more seafood at Hennens, for upscale dining downtown. Good service and easy parking at both restaurants.

There are way too many places to go that a three day trip couldn't encompass. But, I highly recommend Rock City, Ruby Falls, the Walnut Street Bridge, the Incline/Point Park and the Tennessee Valley Train station.
Had a reservation from Booking dot com. Staff claims they can't find it. That's $328 I can't get back.

There is limited staff but you still feel supported as a guest. You get check-in instructions and can request assistance via text. The location in Chattanooga was amazing and we were able to walk around instead of using our car to get around. It is great for families because you can pick the size of your apartment depending on how many are in your group. Definitely better than a traditional hotel when traveling with kids.
I was looking for a location just outside Chattanooga as the previous hotel I used had doubled their nightly prices by 2X! I found this hotel on Booking and decided to give it a try. It exceeded my expectations as it had been a number of years since staying at a LaQuinta Inn and I did not expect a lot. It was clean, had very nice and modern rooms, and very reasonably priced. I will be staying there again.
We absolutely loved the Read House! The staff were fabulous, the room was sumptuous and silent (we opted to upgrade), the bartender superb, and we loved the location. We'd never been to Chattanooga and intended to only stay a single night, but the Read House was so fantastic, we opted to stay an extra night. It was also great value given the level of luxury, space, and service.
Cozy luxury. Rooms are small but well-appointed. Staff is friendly and the bar is lively. This hotel is in the historic district, so within walking distance of good restaurants, Chattanooga Choo Choo, and shopping. Valet parking was fine, with good service. Very relaxing for a "staycation" or short weekend away.
It was very clean and felt secure. Big tv with lots of channels. We had booked a room at another hotel next door and it was disgusting so luckily the Fairfield had vacancy for us. We were so relieved to sleep here we booked it for our return trip as well. Decent breakfast too.
Moxy Downtown Chattanooga is the absolute best place to stay in Chattanooga! Staff is amazing, rooms are well appointed and comfy with lots of storage room. Convenient location. Since I visit Chattanooga often, this is my go-to location!
This is a very nice hotel with a great staff. Stayed two nights here on our road trip to check out Chattanooga a bit. What a beautiful city, and this was a convenient place to stay to get around. Nice staff and safe area.
The room was clean and had everything we needed for our week long stay. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We will absolutely stay here any time we visit Chattanooga in the future.
I did not stay there because I booked the wrong hotel in the wrong city. I also canceled and was expecting to get refund I also booked the hotel in Mia where I was. Please refund me my money.
We love everything about this hotel. The price is reasonable. The location is convenient. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean. This is the only place we stay in Chattanooga.
The price wasn’t bad and it wasn’t far from the highway or downtown but if we return to the area we would pay more and stay somewhere else. Glad we arrived late and left early.
Hotel was pretty clean. Breakfast was ok, not great. Front desk clerk at check in was friendly. Close to interstate and very close to attractions in Chattanooga.
Everything. We stayed in one of your hotels in Colorado once and we were delighted to find an Element in Chattanooga. Great value without sacrificing anything.
