The room and other parts of the facility were clean and well-maintained. I booked a room with one bed + fold out sofa for my grandchild. It was a one bedroom suite with kitchen, fairly large and quite pleasant.

I was pleasantly surprised on how clean and well kept the hotel was. If we have to go back to San Fernando Valley we would stay here again, It was nice to have the bowling alley there for the kids, they had a great time.

The room was so clean. The staff are very kind. Everything was smooth and fast. The room had everything that you need for a stay .

I liked the closeness of the hotel to our event. The new clean rooms and the friendly helpful staff.
I didn't like that we did not know there were renovations and that some of the amenities were not available.
Also I didn't like the fact that someone who may have been a construction worker entered the room with a key without our knowledge or identifying themselves.

We didn't get to visit the town itself but it's close to so...
We didn't get to visit the town itself but it's close to so many other towns. We were there for our son's graduation from Northridge and went to dinner afterward and breakfast out with family the next morning.

Comfortable bed...a very good price and included a breakfast which was decent. I wished they provided more coffee in the room, more blankets, and I could not get connected to internet. Was ok for one night stay...but not for longer.
I like breakfasts, however during the pandemic time it has to be served by the employee. Usually it was a polite elder man, I like the customer service in the hotel,
Can’t say much as we only used the hotel for sleeping. The suites were very clean and we all appreciated the extra effort to make our stay clean and comfortable.
There staff was great especially the bartender!! Hotel is under construction- everything was papered over and no water after 10 am because of construction-
