It was clean and had a kitchen. However there was not any cookware as advertised for the room. Had to buy my own.

There is a deposit before u check in and she will go and make up a reason why u can’t get your full deposit back .... this time it was something on a pillowcase..... yet the tv didn’t work when check into the room

THERE WAS NO BREAKFAST IT WAS AWFUL I HAD A SUPRISE DEPOSIT AND I COULDNT CHECK IN EARLY FORCED ME AND MY FAMILY ON THE STREETS FOR 7 HOURS I WAS HORRIFIED IN A NEW AREA SLEEPY AND TIRED FROM TRNVELING WITH NO ACCOMIDATIONS
The rooms are really nice and the tv has a lot of channels. There are a lot of places nearby to eat and it’s right off the highway so it’s easy to get around town. The staff is very helpful. The beds are comfortable and the shower is very nice too! Overall very nice hotel for the price. I’ve been twice and will be back!

The best thing about this hotel was the customer service. Carla at the reception has been extremely kind and accommodating. She helped in everything we’ve asked for, from laundry to breakfast.

Great location right off Interstate. Downtown Houston only 15-20 mins. Very clean and up-to-date hotel. Very spacious room and bathroom. Gated parking so only guest have entry access. Close by tons of restaurants and shopping stores. Fast and easy check in and check out
The manager was a good person and he was so nice he gave us a room that was upgraded and it was in front of the pool I will stay again and if y'all ever stay in the area of channelview y'all stay her they have breakfast and a bar too for ppl who like to drink
Well I was there for a couple of days because we had a hurricane that prior weekend but the hotel was in a great location and very quiet for being right by the freeway…definitely would stay there again.
There was no breakfast and the hotel charged us appon arrival for the discount from bookings.com. it was either pay the difference or they wouldn't honor my reservation and kept my money
