We came to visit a patient in Chandler Regional Medical Center. We were very impressed by Chandler. Everything we saw was fairly new, and very well maintained. We were happy there was a Cracker Barren Restaurant near the hotel. A pleasant city to visit!

We forgot some swimming dress in the wardrobe. The hotel team contacted us and returned them after we left. This service was very professional. We appreciate a lot. Thanks for that.
We regretted that the breakfast was so poor, with limited selection, bad quality, long time in queue, incompetent service personnel. We always wonder when a hotel let their guest go without offering a possibility for proper breakfast. We do not need much. Some standard continental fresh food and a hot drink would be enough. We left with empty stomach and searched solution elsewhere...

However I thought I booked a room with a balcony but instead got a sliding door with enough space to stand outside but that's it. Not what I would consider a balcony.

Great for our first visit to Phoenix - 10 min from Annual...
Great for our first visit to Phoenix - 10 min from Annual Spring Ostrich Festival at Chandler's Tumbleweed Park -- wonderful, safe, clean family event with MANY rides, Alaskan pig races and of course ostriches, plus really good concerts at the amphitheater in the evening. Also made a stop at the Old West Cactus Farm just nw of Phoenix - 32 acres of well-priced selections - great place to learn too. And ran out of time to do all the antiquing we wanted -- highly recommend Chandler's Merchant Square for antiques along with other places. Never got to the Crayola Crayon Experience but kids might like that too.

Beautiful, clean ,safe ,upscale ,romantic, ivisited a little ways away from chandler but I promise I'm glad I stayed there and will always stay there no matter were I visit in phoenix absolutely ❤️ loved it

Chandler is beautiful.
Chandler is beautiful. We will hold fond memories of our family gathering for the wedding of our young couple. We used the Chandler Community Center and it was a wonderful venue. The staff there were so pleasant and helpful.

Charging 4 parking is ridiculous, it's not Vegas only Gilbert people!!
Plus I researched this hotel not once did it say uncovered or lack of security was scary...especially being in a lower poverty area
By far the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Was amazed by the free food and how polite the staff was. I will always look for a dury's to stay at from now on when I travel
