Be prepared to pay $15 for parking at the outlet mall, ridiculous how they blocked off the majority of the parking for paid parking only. Caused major traffic not to mention people fighting over free spaces that became Available
The coffee was excellent, hot and tasty.
Soni and his family provide a lovely stay at an incredible price. There are two fine restaurants literally minutes away, Woodbury Commons is practically next door, and of course West Point and Storm King Sculpture Park are in the neighborhood. In short, this motel is highly recommended when in this beautiful area.
I have stayed at numerous hotels across the USA, and by far, this hotel provided the best hospitality!
The staff was extremely kind and helpful, especially Megan and ISH from the reception and the super kind driver Robert; I really appreciate their generous, extraordinary help!
Moreover, the shuttle to the Woodbury outlet was a huge plus!
I recommend. We will rent a room at this renovated hotel every time we visit Woodbury Common Premium Outlets. Everything is new, clean. nice to rest. The breakfasts are not bad. Service is top notch. We love the two pools. One of our hot children loves to bathe in it. The second one is cooler. If you enter it first, then it's fine.
Great location near the best shopping, friendly service, large and clean rooms, perfect for our family! Breakfast a plus, made our day start of easier. Great amenities in rooms, micro, fridge, and personal care products all made our stay much more comfortable.
Location was awesome. I was participating at West Point function 8-9 August and it was very easy to commute from Central Valley to West Point and back. Price was also much more reasonable that all the other locations in the vicinity.
It is very close to the shopping mall. The room rate was very low, too. Other than these factors, I won't think there were any other reasons for me to make the choice. Obviously, the hotel has changed hands for several times.
The room was very clean, front desk staff was great, coffee/tea/cocoa available 24/7, plenty of parking, located behind Woodbury Commons Outlets, several nice restaurants in the area.
Location, very close to the Woodbury Common Outlet center which was great. Very friendly and helpful staff, the shuttle bus takes you there whenever you want.
