I like the fact that the bedroom was separate from the living room and there was a full kitchen set up.

Beautiful ❤️ we will definitely come back. The food was excellent, and the amenities were endless! All of their employees were friendly, helpful, and great stewards for the hotel and for Tulsa.

I tried booking a room after mid night and your app would t allow me to unless I used the next day ,the 13 and it wouldn't let me check out on the same day it used the 14. So when I arrived sometime after midnight the attendant told us he was sorry but the, we're full. I preceded to ask for a refund and he said he couldn't because I had booked on a third party. Not exactly what a couple of 76 year Olds wanted to hear. I would like for Booking.com to return my money.

Light in bathroom above sink was out and night light didn't work. Notified staff and was told no maintenance on weekends. Pillows are not idea, they are the size of a throw pillow.

There is quite a bit of night life in and around Catoosa!
There is quite a bit of night life in and around Catoosa! We mostly stayed at the hotel until we left for our other plans. We ate at the hotel for the most part. The Tulsa Farmers Market is just about 10 minutes down the road, and it was an awesome start to our Saturday morning!

Annoying workers and even more annoying atmosphere!!! Hateful staff and even worse service!!! I will never in my life stay in a place like this and now have to endure legal aspects to regain the fraudulent charges they made towards my card!! Do NOT stay here people. The company will bill your card for whatever they want after and then will ignore your calls to try to fix the matter. I really had to call the police to report them! What a fraud!!!! I WARN YOU!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

But The clerk was bad bad i went to check in at 2:30pm she told me nobody could check in before 3pm i said ok i be back at 3
then i walk in at 2:55 and she was checking people in and a line was in front of me 3 deep!! when i ask her about she got real smart with me and hateful!! also she charge me 4 dollars more than Booking.com said was total price!! she said they didnt acept booking.com prices so just saying

We booked a room online and when we got there at 7:30 PM...
We booked a room online and when we got there at 7:30 PM after driving nine hours they told us there was no room ready. At 9 o'clock they finally told us they had a room for us and then at 11:30 they called us and woke us up and told us to come pay for the room because they had to close their books out for the night they never asked us to pay for the room when we checked in
First of all I was met by a friendly, kind person working at the front desk Lindsey! She is the best- smiling she explained everything. At 10pm usually the hotel’s front desk employees were not so hard working, but Lindsey was super helpful! The hotel should give her “Employee of the Year”!
We’ve been traveling for 2 weeks staying every night in different hotels, but here in Holiday Inn we received the best comfort! Clean, new rooms, full size toilettes.
Breakfast has a big variety, not only granola bars!
Very pleased with the whole stay. We stayed 2 nights and were pleasantly surprised by the size and appointments of the room. The staff was gracious and the room was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the hotel is next to a diner and gas station. Breakfast was standard for this type of hotel.
The hotel was clearly trying to make it better. They are going through a management change. The people we were all very polite and nice. No matter their role in the hotel they were ready to help. I am sure they are working to improve the hotel and the people made the stay worth it.

Safe neighbourhood, not far away from a shopping center. Absolutely no problems during whole 10 days stay. Definitely good place to stay in Catoosa.
