A really nice place with friendly host, named Mark. Its almost located at the front row with view to the sea and the boathouse. Nice and clean bedrooms with comfortable beds. Huge bathroom. Pool with sunbeds and a table with 6 comfi chairs. Outstanding view with palms for your sundowner.
Mark has a little cute dog named Eni.
We loved here.

The house is exactly as described. It is highly recommended. Everything is of the highest quality and there are lots of extras like soap and dishwasher tablets etc. This is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. The pool is lovely and heated! It is very private and we enjoyed lounging by the pool. The beds are huge and very comfortable. The pool cage keeps the bugs away and the pool is very clean and warm! There is everything that you might want and I would definitely stay here again! Carmen, the cleaner, let us in early and she lives next door so that all worked really well. She is lovely too, very helpful.

We loved the location, easy to find and in the middle of everything. The place was exactly as pictured, clean and very well stocked. The only thing I would suggest is adding at least one more tv and letting travelers know that it's a shared pool.

Great little city. Lots of great places to eat.
Great little city. Lots of great places to eat. We loved the Lobster Lady but you definitely need to make reservations or you’ll have a 2 hr wait. Loved the Cape Coral beach. We also went to Fort Myers beach which is only about a 20 minute drive. We were in Cape Coral over the 4th of July. They shut down the bridge for a festival and awesome fireworks.

Beaches weren’t as plentiful as other places I don’t think.
Beaches weren’t as plentiful as other places I don’t think. Sure had plenty of different ethnic restaurants. You really had lots of restaurants to choose from. I ate at Waffle House on Del Prado Blvd. for breakfast this morning. They were so busy but everyone was friendly and courteous. Breakfast was great. Last night I ate at Point 59 I believe it was called. It was right across from the OYO hotel Food was great and my waitress was excellent.

The house was extremely clean, the pool was awesome and the management company was very attentive and helpful. We would love to stay again next year.
We ate at a lot of seafood restaurants
Very easy to get around Cape Coral
We loved Florida but maybe next time we won't visit during Hurricane season.
Arrived earlier than expected and check in and room was already available. Although hurricane Ian has damaged the entire ground floor and reception everything was working well. Checking in was friendly, easy and fast. There was no more direct contact to hotel staff. Did not need to. Cleaning of the room was performed daily to my absolute satisfaction. The room was furnished IKEA style.
The hotel was beautiful on the outside and located at the end of a canal. But it was so rundown and had never been cleaned up after the hurricane. The inside was faded old and filthy. The furniture was like a mishmash of junk that they taken out of the garbage. The bed was uncomfortable. There was absolutely nothing, that was redeemable about this place
Every single staff worker from hotel lobby to the tiki staff were kind, helpful and a pleasure! I would highly recommend this place to stay. It’s definitely worth every penny. We will stay here again! Thank you to everyone at the Dolphin Key Resort for making our much needed vacation so enjoyable! See you all again soon!
The place was super clean and had great furniture and accessories that made it feel like home. House was fully stocked with kitchen and cooking supplies, blankets, extra pillows, toiletries, towels, beach towels...Everything was thought of. This house was just awesome. It was very easy to check in and check out.
Perfect place to stay with family and friends to enjoy the Cape Coral area. Besides a very clean house you will find a well equipped kitchen, lots of other nice amenities (pool/water sports equipment, beach equipment, entertainment devices, …) All in all a carefree package for your vacation.
It was a very comfortable stay, comfortable beds, the house was very clean and bright. The host was friendly and the service was great, like in a hotel, coffee, tea, spices in the cupboard, there were even drinks in the fridge.
We would love to come back, thank you very much.
The hotel has changed over the years and it's no longer as good as it was. But the worst is the so called all you can eat breakfast, it's plastic all the way, unfortunately the restaurant "Perkins" that was next door closed it's doors, there they mde a great breakfast.
I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The staff was amazing. My room was well cleaned. The shower was amazing! I will definitely bookmark this property for future stays. Though dont eat breakfast, there was a variety offered. Overall, I was extremely impressed.
The property location was beautiful. It was well maintained. Villa host charline was very helpful with recommendations on things to do in cape coral and Fort Meyers. Overall it was an awesome experience at Villa Stella. Highly recommend it.
We had two fantastic days in Cape Coral and didn’t want to leave this paradise. Super clean, well-equipped and nice neighbourhood! The pool was fantastic and one felt right at home. We would come back any time :)
Our connecting flight was cancelled so we arrived 28 hours later. When I phoned the hotel at 5:00pm to ask to move our reservation for 2 rooms to the next day, it was no problem at all. Thanks again!
everything… the location, the fenced in yard and the bathroom lol everything was incredible… definitely will rent again, way better then booking any hotel esp when you have kids under 5.
Great location with outdoor pool, close to waterfront and nice public beach. Convenient location close to restaurants and shopping. Approximately 45 minutes to Punta Gorda airport.
