Breakfast is always pretty fresh. I do prefer this hotel to other hotels in area due to the breakfast and the rates. Super fair pricing. Breakfast could use a little more options or choices. I know it’s better than most of the crap breakfasts they have in the hotels around. Just a little more or extra options or change it up a bit on the bigger meal every weekend. Otherwise it’s great!
The general manager Amber William's was awesome and she made us feel welcomed, I explained to her that we had scheduled thinking it was with in a half hour of Newark Ohio, but it was an hour and a half, so we canceled the 2nd night and she assured me that the hotel would not charge me for the 2nd night. If we are ever in that area we will for sure stay there.
We liked how clean it was n the breakfast was the best part. We didn’t have to leave to find food. The lady at the desk was very nice and helpful n explained things very well. We have stayed in Mansfield ohio in the same comfort inn
Spacious and very clean, modern lighting. Beds were especially comfortable! Didn’t need to utilize the breakfast. Check in was fast and easy and she recommended a nice family restaurant nearby.
Selected hotel based on reviews that said it was a very clean property. We went a little out of our way to stay there, but was worth the extra miles. We would definitely stay there again.
The hotel was clean and attractive. The staff was friendly and helpful with questions we had about the area. The breakfast was nice and the cookies at the desk was a nice touch.
The front desk staff (Robert) was really nice and friendly. The complimentary cookie was a nice surprise as well. Hotel feels very new. Bed very nice and comfortable.
