I booked through booking .com for a king with sofa bed. When I arrived I was given a king with no sofa bed. When I went to let the front desk know she said she could not help me because I used a 3rd party. I said yes but you can see I booked a king with sofa-bed and she assigned me a room with no sofa bed. That was her fault. She would do nothing to help us so we did not have enough room for our 3rd person. They had to sleep sitting up. Very disappointed with Hampton Inn

The customer service was excellent from the time I walked into Home2 Suites. The rooms were clean, and the bed was wonderful. I slept like a baby. If I am ever in this area again, I will for sure stay here.

The location was fabulous. We loved the saltwater pool. The fact the school breakers went somewhere else was awesome.

The Lake House we stayed in was old and in need of serious renovations and upgraded appliances. Front room furniture was awful, but the beds were comfortable. The back porch needed to be cleaned and sprayed for bugs and ants, we couldn't sit and enjoy the outside at all. Would not recommend staying in the Lake Houses, not sure about the main lodge. We didn't eat on the property during our stay. Lake Lanier is a beautiful place, but the accommodations leave a lot to be desired.

I loved that Ms. Gayla, Ms.Sonja and can't remember the other Front desk agents Name was but they went above and beyond to accommodate my Parents stay. I booked a room for my parents Wedding Anniversary and they allowed me to decorate the room and even through in a wedding anniversary card for them as well. My parents are extreme critics when it comes to food and vacation plans. They were blown away and enjoy the Breakfast. They can't wait to come back.

Only negtative thing I have to say is that there were a lot of spider webs and a weird smell. But the Front desk sent housekeeping to spray a lemony scent which took the smell away. Not sure if the housekeeping came back to remove the spider webs. But all was well!

We enjoyed the Lake Lanier area with family. We have considered returning to the area every summer because it was so much fun. I am a Floridian, but I really loved the activities and atmosphere of Lake Lanier and the Buford area.

Beautiful countryside with lots of trees and waterfront. Generally big enough to have things to do in the area, but not overly crowded. Be sure to check out Loretta's country kitchen and the Lakewood 400 antique show if your in the area when it's running. Both are worth the drive from Buford.

The first time there. Plenty of wonderful restaurants including La Madeleine, a French themed restaurant with a wonderful breakfast.
The Mall of Georgia was right across from the hotel. It was not difficult to travel to our destinations in Buford. The only negative would be the required route took us through Atlanta.😩
The staff at the Springhill Suites in Buford, GA were wonderful. I booked 7 rooms in 2 bookings for family that had traveled in for my daughters wedding. I wasn't completely sure of room assignments until the day before. The staff made checking in, even with all my updates, so pleasant and quick. Once we checked out, each family member contacted me and all were so complimentary of the hotel accommodation, staff, and breakfast. It made our special day/weekend perfect. Thank you!
This hotel was located five minutes away from the Mall of Georgia, which was awesome. The entire hotel was beautiful, and the staff was pleasant and helpful. The room itself was super clean, and I had no issues at all. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, and I would easily spend another night here.
The hotel manager was really kind and she's full of warm hospitality. I bet her cosideration and warm heart made many costomers happy from the morning. The room was so comfortable and clean. Best location. I definitely will be back! Other workers are also very kind and friendly. Thank you for everything!
The location was perfect with restaurants and shopping stores around. The beds were very comfortable it felt like if I was sleeping at home and the receptionist was nice and friendly. The breakfast were the best that I have ever ate at any hotel. I would highly recommend I’ll be staying there again.
I love how clean and organized the hotel is as well as the interior of the hotel lobby and their amenities. The room we stayed in was also so lovely and felt spacious and at home. The location was also so convenient anything you need or to entertain yourself is in walking distance.
My room had a balcony and the view was gorgeous. I love the restaurants on site, making it possible to relax and stay all the time at the hotel. The staff was great!!! John from Bullfrog bar was the best! Unfortunately we can't say the same about the hostess, who was rude.
The breakfast was cheap and not good. Weird flavors of yogurt. Microwaved and unevenly cooked, of course, potatoes and other items. No individual cereals, fresh fruit selections or cinnamon rolls. Even the juice was bad and tasted watery.
Although the hotel was undergoing renovations, the room was very clean, the beds comfortable, with everything you need for a 2-night stay. The breakfast was rich, the dining areas, elevator and clean entrances.
