I was familiar with the area, living in the past about 30 miles from there. Moved out of state and came back to visit my mom in the hospital. The Hyatt House was about 30 to lebanon to where we needed to go. The area is beautiful in scenery with lots of green.
I love this property. The staff is friendly. The property is very clean. The beds are comfortable. We've stayed at this hotel a few times. We really enjoy the pool and the fire pit. There are sanitizing stations in the lobby.
There is a restaurant on site and a bar that closes at 1am.
We love that the pool is open until 11pm.
There is a mall and shopping outlets right across the street from the hotel!
It was beautiful clean and had enough amenities to keep us busy. Breakfast was great the servers were amazing, but be aware you have to pay $18 for it. I liked that there was a bar and restaurant in the actual hotel. But the check in person told me nothing about them such as when they open, age limit, dress code, etc so I didn't go. But it looked intriguing from the outside.
Saiqua, a hotel employee here is the most unprofessional employee I have ever encountered. She completely devalues the property and company. She is the reason for this rating. I have no words for her actions. She is terrible to put it lightly. She made us feel like we were staying at a cheap motel instead of a 3 star hotel such as Hyatt house.
Bed linens, towels, shower and amenities were above expectations. I felt comfortable as the room and hotel were clean and fresh. Staff was very kind and helpful. It was my first stay at a Hilton Garden Inn and I will look for them in future for travel and pleasure. Thank you!
The heat didnt work therefore we froze both nights. No one answered the phone when calling the front desk. Freezing but very nice hotel minus invisible staff. Hair in drains and bed yuck...No staff in site unanswered front desk staff. Ill never stay hampton inn again
The staff was friendly and so helpful. Although the lobby was not swank, it met our expectations and the rooms actually exceeded those of other family members who were staying at the Marriott. Thanks for their kindness to us.
A regular this level hotel experience was mostly as expected. Quite convenient location near to highways. A good option is the mini-market in the lobby with various sneaks and beverages.
