tyler the clerk at the front desk was very accommodating. my mother is handicapped and he made sure we were able to get a first floor room and assisted with getting her in the room . we had a problem with our TV and called out and someone was on site to fix it immediately and we did not miss our ball game

This hotel is 5 minutes from downtown Carrollton and 8 minutes from the University of West Georgia. It features rooms with a flat-screen cable TV and serves a daily breakfast buffet.
WiFi did not work initially. It took them about 15 minutes to come up with a code that would work. Seriously nasty and large stains on carpet. Multiple groups of men congregating outside. Men just outside the main door smoking. I did not feel safe in the parking lot / on the outside of the property.

The bed was really soft. there was alot of working people staying and the work trucks took alot of space so parking was difficult and alot of noise. had a little trouble getting towels the second night but I guess overall it was okay.
We loved every aspect of this hotel probably one of the best and cleanest we've every stay in. Top notch!! Excellent location, several restaurants within walking distance and a lovely lil town with one of the best icecream/coffee shops ever!! I highly recommend this hotel!! Also very clean sparkling pool!!
The bed had bed bugs, I woke up one morning and had bed bug bites all down my left arm, and some on my right hand. I will not stay at this hotel again.
