We booked thru booking.com. Had to change dates, which was confirmed with confirmation number and pin number. Drove 13 hours to property to be told NO ROOM available. Property blamed booking.com and of course booking.com blamed the property. Spoke to booking.com directly and they verified info was sent to the property regarding the changes. Needless to say our business relationship with booking.com and Candlewood Suites, Bluffton has come to an end. Never Again.

Old Town Bluffton is nice to visit to see the Church, walk...
Old Town Bluffton is nice to visit to see the Church, walk to the pier, and play on the swings. It is also worth the walk down the main street to visit the shops, especially the bead shop. We ate at the Squat N' Gobble multiple times because it is so good and they offer gluten free options.

Pretty neat area.
Pretty neat area. Of course there are multiple golf courses but we were not golfing this time. The area is centrally located and you can get to Savannah and Parris Island within
30 minutes or so. Be aware- the traffic is horrible most of the time. The traffic lights-you will hit every single one red. Get to know the “back” roads to avoid Fording Island Rd.

There are about 20 art galleries in the small downtown area, and probably about 10 restaurants, three new public bathrooms, and three nice parks on the Maye River. I like walking around, taking photos of the live oaks and shrimp boats, and checking out the art galleries!

Anything you might need is at your fingertips. Breakfast, dinner, supermarket, shops , Walmart and Target Bluffton was easy to get around. Hook and Ree, Truffle Cafe, River Cafe , Island Bagels were some of the lovely places to eat

Please ensure fitness room has sanitizer wipes or spray to wipe down equipment. Mildew around shower in bathroom room #314. Please get rid of the awful smell from the air conditioner when entering rooms.
Bluffton Getaway met all of my families expectations. It had a homey feel, fresh flowers were on the table, fire pit was ready for use, bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were clean and well stocked. The outdoor area was very much enjoyed. We had 2 dogs and they enjoyed the yard as much as the adults. We will definitely use this home again.
Great location, conveniently located near some wonderful breakfast and coffee spots. It's near the Hilton Head area (about 15 minutes away by car), so you're away from the noise and commotion of the resort area, but close enough to enjoy a really nice little community nearby.
The location is excellent for what we wanted/needed to do. The hotel staff were very polite and courteous. Thank you!!!
The first room bathroom had not been cleaned. The second room was decent. It was for an overnight stay so it was durable.
The hotel was in a very nice area which was close to places I wanted to visit and eat. Bluffton was the halfway mark between where our trip started and our destination. I chose this hotel because of the competitive price per night.
This home is way better than any hotel I’ve ever stayed. It’s immaculate, and has everything you need which makes it feel
like home. I highly recommend and will definitely be returning.
I would like a great restaurant and in the hotel room service and maybe a grocery delivery service and pool with service for towels and food something for kids
