Dirty, looked closed, tape on the doors, chipped paint in pool. We ended up not even staying here due to the uncleanliness. We were also unable to be refunded.

The only good about the stay was the bed. It was comfortable. Room was filthy. Floor was sticky. Not clean. Counter in bathroom was dirty. I made my reservation online stating 4 guests. 2 adults 2 children. My room had 2 wash rags. Not even enough for all of us. Was told I needed to bring down my dirty ones in order to get 2new ones. And I only had a very small bottle of shampoo.

I like to hotel they have parks and stuff around the area and was close to our destination where we was trying to go only thing I didn't like that they didn't have bacon for breakfast and they did not have a lot of channels to pick up on the TV

This is not a typical Embassy Suites.
This is not a typical Embassy Suites. The breakfast quality is inferior to others that we've stayed in. Didn't have the selection of items that seem to be typical of other Embassy Suites. It's a large facility, so the breakfast lines were long.
The managers reception was a joke. While there is a bar, the reception area was in a converted closet, limited to 2 drinks per customer. Also they had the mixes for Bloody Marys, but wouldn't make them?
Just seemed like they did the very least to be considered a Managers Reception.

Do not recommend.
Do not recommend. Holes in the walks, dirty walks, air conditioner didn't work and was leaking water on the floor, asked for towels, said not done laundry yet don't have any, hair dryer broken, lights flickering, burned holes in bed and bedding, shower spicket held on by pink putty. This is not the place to stay.

This hotel room was so humid that the bed and furniture were always wet. We asked for help with the temp/humidity, but no one came. Housekeeping did not come, even when we requested them. We used one set of soaking wet towels for the whole 3 days. Avoid this hotel.

The breakfast was poor.
The breakfast was poor. Advertised Hot Breakfast but there was only cereal and a few muffins. The hotel looks like it once was a nice place for conferences and meetings but not anymore. Looks like business is slow and understaffed so the hotel has not been kept up.

The hotel attendant told me that there was no room for me...
The hotel attendant told me that there was no room for me after I arrived, said they didn't have a way to get a hold of me, my email and phone number was both given at time of booking, I reserved two rooms at different hotels in blue ash and both was cancelled on me at the last minute, I did not recommend anyone booking rooms in blue ash because you may get cancelled at the last minute or when you arrive, my wife was crying and ready to leave because we was not finding a room , finally a super 8 in Springdale said they would hold a room for us, a long trip to see Gary Allen was almost a total disaster for us.
The Blu hotel was a very pleasant surprise. The location was ideal for visiting the University of Cincy and priced way below others! we thought, therefore, it was going to be a dive, but it was bright, cheerful, very clean and comfortable beds. the best part was the receptionist, Alesha, who was so pleasant, friendly, and welcoming. she is what hotel receptionists should all be like- we will certainly go here again and highly recommend!
What breakfast? You advertise a “good breakfast” and you had coffee and granola bars. I was never told there was an e tea pet fee, the whole time I was under the impression the price was $99, which Is still too much to pay for what you offer, but instead it was $150. I would have stayed at a much nicer hotel had I known you were gonna charge $50 for a pet. Your marketing and hotel are both a scam.
The workers was nice and friendly. Help u anyway they could. Breakfast was the best hotel I've ever been to. It was also a lil guy worker there stay with a smile on his face can't remember his name but he really was nice and help me out from the start of my booking. I'll definitely will b back
This is by far the worst hotel I have ever been to. The whole property stinks. Carpets are not clean at all. And when I went to the room the tables where not cleaned. Also elevator not working. Do yourself a favour and avoid this “hotel”
The hotel is old and in need of remodeling. The carpet was sticky and stains on the floor and walls. The back of lid did not properly fit the toilet. The door was hard to open with the key card. I wouldn’t visit again.
The staff was amazing! They were friendly and knowledgeable/. The hotel was very clean and warm atmosphere. All of our needs were met with a smile which speaks volumes. I will refer my friends and will stay again!
The location is very good, the hotel is clean, the staff are helpful, it's a hotel where I can stay safely, when I come back to Ohio, the only hotel I will stay at is the mainstay.
The size of the rooms is amazing, which is why we booked this hotel. The front desk person when we checked in was very helpful in getting our group rooms next to each other.
