Cleanliness was excellent, food was excellent, staff was friendly and helpful. However, there was no shuttle, the pool was small and unavailable most of the time, and when it was ,it was filled with children.
No ability to stream new movies or selection. Would have paid to see movies but they were not available.

I always liked Bethesda, for its village atmosphere and wide range of shops and restaurants. My favourite restaurant this visit was Mon Ami Gabi, a perfect and authentic French restaurant (although the staff say they are concerned that a planned revamp will lose it some of its charm).
I was sorry to see that some favourite stores have gone, Orvis on Wisconsin Avenue and the book store on Bethesda and Arlington.
There used to be a Ranger Surplus store in Bethesda, now there isn't even one in Rockville......

I had a great stay for three nights. It was quiet and comfortable with a fantastic bed. I used the gym during my stay, it has excellent new equipment, and the hotel is located in a good neighborhood. I will certainly be back.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and large. On the negative side, there were issues with the credit card machine on check in, only decaf coffee in our room, and our wifi was shut off in the morning well before check out.

We had a really nice stay, came in for a long weekend to enjoy our anniversary. The hotel was nice, food was good and the bar was opened. We got some sightseeing in and then just relaxed a the hotel. Close walk to the metro.

I loved the fact that the metro was under the property which was very convenient considering we took the metro every day. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We walked around Bethesda Row the first night but most of the restaurants/shops were already closed because it was later on a Sunday night when we arrived.
I travel to Maryland for business about once a month. These accommodations FAR EXCEEDED my expectations. Much better than the hotels that I have stayed at. Fully furnished apartment that was spacious, clean and conveniently located within minutes of where I was working. The building is also located in the Woodmont Triangle so you have no shortage of options for food and entertainment. I will almost certainly be looking to book again at Global Luxury Suites Bethesda :)
The breakfast menu had a very good range of offerings, from hearty omelettes and bacon-and-eggs to fruit bowls. The breakfast was always served by cheerful staff, especially Domingo (Hope I spelled it right, he's from Senegal).
The location is perfect, right in Friendship Heights, with the Metro a few minutes' walk away. The rooms are very large, comfortable and welcoming, and clearly provide for business travellers to work in the room, if that is required.
I I was an out ' patient at NIH, so it was not a pleasure. America.inn is more affordable then other hotels in Bethesda. But their heating and cooling system are still old and noisy, but everything else was great. I couldn't eat in the morning, but in the past years when I could, it was pretty good. American Inn did renovate the hotel, a big improvement..
The rooms here are quite large for the price, and very clean. Location can't be beat, right in the middle of Bethesda, so you can walk to so many restaurants and the metro is right there. Bathrooms have been modernized, the beds are super comfy and linens are high quality. Staff is fantastic. Always friendly, always ready to help.
Now that the COVID environment has dampened it would be of tremendous value to all
Customers that the continental breakfast return since the hotel rates haven’t changed. Breakfast was traditionally factored into the room rates so………. When will the Marriott give customers the full benefits of choosing Marriott?
The general manager was super personal and was actually staying in one of the rooms to help during a city-wide power outage. Solid service! Pretty evenly split between DC and Bethesda, so perfect for us without the Silver Spring vibe.
I was here for a funeral- used to live in bethesda, md. I loved location and the room was very comfortable. it was quiet on my floor which I appreciated since I was coming and going to support my bereaved friends.
The bed was comfortable and the room was very spacious. It had everything I needed. The hotel had a Starbucks and two other food options. It was very close to the metro which was so handy
a restaurant in the hotel would be an added feature as well as a working fitness center but all was just fine and everyone was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good
Location - very near Metro with was very useful for us. As the hotel is very near our daughter's home, it is very convenient. Probably wouldn't stay there otherwise.
Location. Cooper’s Mill Restaurant was excellent.
Staff throughout hotel were superb, friendly and
helpful.
Room was comfortable and clean. Gym was
very nice.
This is the best hotel i have stayed in by far in America, the room is largeeee, bathroom is so good, the lounge and restaurant soooooo modern,,, staff so kind
The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Entire hotel was well maintained and staff was pleasant. Enjoyed the breakfast that is included in your room stay.
