Where do I begin? This was an absolutely amazing experience. The owners were the perfect couple to have this dream come true. It is very obvious that they love running this B&B. All of the "extra" special touches make it feel like home.

I thought the front desk staff was exceptional especially for 1 AM and the same person was there early in the morning. Still friendly and helpful.

The staff who had to respond to numerous problems with the room were really nice people. Starting with Carol at check in to the plumber to the housekeeper who had to redo everything that wasn't done.

Tammy at the front desk was a phenomenal resource for just about everything. She went out of her way to accommodate requests. For example, she retrieved a paper plate from the breakfast supply to enable me to reheat leftovers from a meal out. She suggested my brother fly to Seattle out of Columbus instead of Cleveland, which worked exceptionally well because I needed to avoid too many extra driving hours to my home on the East Coast.

We didnt have time to see a lot of Berea but it is well located in the Cleveland area and was very close to the Expo center where we attended a huge cat show. It is about 12 miles south of Cleveland and close to falls, many wooded areas, trails, etc.
