I liked that they finally put the customer first and changed my room to a cleaner one. If I didn't have a 7 month baby with me, I would have left the hotel and made a direct complaint for a full refund instead. Also, it was convenient that I didn't hv to go back to the front desk to check out. I just left the room keys in the room.

Not like the pictures show. It is what they call a grab and go breakfast but the only things there to eat where 2" chocolate or blueberry muffins or packets of oatmeal. The rooms only have a small table/deck and one chair so someone has to sit on the bed all the time. No coffee pot or coffee in the room or cups. We drove to one of the local restaurants to eat. There are quite a few of them. Its not to far from I90 but about 30 minutes from down town Seattle. But I still would not recommend this motel with better ones in the area. I would for sure want to see picture of what the consider "Breakfast"

I wasn't on vacation. Bellevue is a place I called home for decades. I had reason to be there before leaving town. It's a very nice place for visitors to stay when visiting the Puget Sound area. Easy access to the entire greater Seattle area.

Bellevue is conveniently located 20 minutes from the harbour and 20 minutes from Snoqaulmie Pass enroute to downtown Seattle. It has surprisingly excellent restaurants and easy access to major routes. All services are available. Tip: fuel is more expensive closer to Seattle itself. Fill up in the outskirts.

Very basic room and amenities.. Okay for single night, definitely not for four nights stay with family. All the staff was friendly except housekeeping who did not pay attention to my 2 requests to fix the safe which was very essential for us.

Do a little research and lots of places to see and things to do within walking ability. Bring good shoes because everything is pretty much open air and not much for elevators or stuff. Lots of stairs.
Nice town and security in stores and other places so it felt safe.

As everyone is having staffing problems the business in Bellevue was no exception. The only place we went that was staffed appropriately was the Hyatt regency. The restaurants and stores were short staffed a little disappointing
This hotel is in need of an update to outer buildings and room furnishings. Location is excellent along with the staff but the hotel itself is lacking up to date modification. Visible maintenance needs to be actioned. The restaurant itself is serving fantastic food, it’s let down by the restaurant area itself and lack of any clean tables, and ambience.
Hotel don’t serve breakfast.. this would be a welcome addition.
Nice firm bed; everything was clean, and location of my room was very quiet. I felt very safe at this hotel. In walking distance to beautiful Meydenbauer Bay Park, Old Bellevue, shops at City Center and the Bellevue Art Museum. Parking in underground garage was gated and safe. Lots of spaces. I was told at check-in that breakfast was offered, but I was not able to take advantage of that amenity.
This is a fantastic hotel in Bellevue. Centrally located to everything we wanted to do. The room was spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The amenities are fantastic. The pool is a great size, and the laundry room was clean, perfect for running a mid week laundry cycle.
The service was exceptional. Mercy at the front counter was simply exceptional. She was happy to assist and resolve any issues. The hotel was clean, tidy and offered free in/out parking. There was a mall not too far off and the location worked out great for us.
We were super pleased ,The staff were very courteous and welcoming Our room was very clean, well appointed, with excellent sound proofing.and a very comfortable bed, and to top it all off, the best free breakfast we've ever had.
We highly recommend this hotel.
The location of this hotel is great. A lot of restaurants, the business district, a very nice park and the water are all just a short walk away. The restaurants in the hotel are also very good if you just want to stay in. I'll stay here again when in Bellevue.
Very clean. I loved that the bedding was all white.. that makes me more comfortable because I feel that it washed when ppl leave the hotel.. I will not stay at any hotel that has colored bedding. I loved the fridge,microwave and cooktop in the room.
Cute and quiet hotel on the backside of Bellevue Square Mall. It's a 7 min walk to Bellevue's main strip. Our room was clean and had great wifi. The full kitchen was pretty cool. The continental breakfast was convenient for on the go snacks.
This is a good idea experience, especially given the price. All the nearby hotels are so expensive. Although I need to take a 20 mins walk to downtown, the area is safe and the weather is general comfortable.
Hotel is very close/convenient to Children’s Hospital Bellevue Surgery Center where my daughter was having an operation. Checkout is at noon, which is a little later than some other nearby places to stay
Everything was befitting of a 4 star hotel. Perfect location, amenities, facilities. Friendly and efficient staff. Could not fault my stay in any way. Would highly recommend it.
