The pole made us all blue was not clean the shower outside. The pool did not work. My room had red stains on the carpet, which sadly that they were notified before about this.
The property needs to have some upgrades. Especially, the carpet everywhere at the hallway is very dirty. It needs a deep clean or replacing!!
Generally, it's agood location with easy access to the highway. Quiet & friendly staffs.....

This hotel needs major help over all.
This hotel needs major help over all. Dusty dirty walls and carpets, didn't feel clean. The only thing good was it was close to food and close to freeways. Time to hire Mr.Clean and a great steaming company.
Location was great for being able to walk to the grocery store (because there was a fridge and microwave) and to the training I was there to attend. The room was clean and the desk person was friendly and helpful. At first I didn't think the blanket on the bed would be warm enough because it was so thin, but I was perfectly comfortable. The pillows were comfortable and not too soft with no body like most hotels.
Good customer service it was the shortest time I waited to check into a hotel the hotel very quick and efficient. Food inside of hotel was very good and tasty lines were long but worth it.

The room was clean. It had everything I needed to enjoy my trip. I a traveling trip from hell so when I got to the hotel and explained my situation, the staff was very understanding and supplied me with what I needed.

I liked that I can park my truck at their parking lot, I was able to wash and dry my clothing at the hotel and stack up for the up coming week in a grocery near by .
Front desk staff was great. Professional and as complimentary as they could possibly be, considering the unhealthy state of the Hotel. The beds were comfortable.
