The facility was quite large and very clean. There was a refrigerator (no freezer) and other comforts. The layout of the room included a small sitting area with comfy chair. There was an indoor pool and it was open until 10pm. The desk staff was very nice, if a little hard to understand in English. The bed was very comfortable.

False advertising they said they had an in house pool which when we got there the front desk girl said it hasn’t been working in a while and that I had to walk outside in 45 degree temperature to the hotel next door to use the pool !!!!! And when I checked out she stated my check in credit card would not be charged and each room was charged $45.0 I asked that the manager call me about the pool not working and still has not called me back !!!!

The room was dirty with an unvacuumed floor that had visible pieces of toilet paper all over it, a pubic hair and toothpaste in the bathtub, a used dental pick in the bathroom, and old food in the microwave. Additionally, the first floor lobby button in the elevator didn't work so I had to go down to the second floor and then take the stairs to the lobby. Also, I was only given two towels and one washcloth and no hand towels for a three-night stay. Given that this was a Hilton and the cost of the room, I expected much more! Cleanliness is a very minimal expectation and every guest should feel confident that they're coming into a clean room.

This hotel is the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
This hotel is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The hotel was dirty the start was rude and they did not accommodate my handicap. They called the police on me while I was in the parking lot changing my headlight. I stepped on a used needle while leaving my friends suit. Drug use was all about the hotel. The facilities was down no hot tub no pool and I didn't find that out until after I booked my room and the hot tub suit was not even available to make up for it. The ac unit and coffee maker was both broke in the friend I visited room. I want to hear from someone soon and I want to be compensated in some way or I promise no one in my entire family or circle of friends will ever visit your hotel or any of your partner hotels.

The staff was great! The location was awesome!
The staff was great! The location was awesome! Most restaurants are within walking distance. Everything else is within 10 minutes, including Walmart. Shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel were provided. The staff is very helpful if you run out of anything. The breakfast is very limited. I would recommend better options or at least some choices instead of breakfast in a box. Maybe some cereal and milk. The rooms are big and have comfy beds.

Staff was friendly and accommodating.
Staff was friendly and accommodating. Only issue is there is no microwave in the room. They have a refrigerator but no microwave. Also would be nice to have a charging port in rooms. I forgot my adapter at home and had no way of charging my phone. But overall experience was good.
This hotel was a stop for my family on a long road trip. The hotel is clean and breakfast selection was great - liked that most items were "grab-and-go" since we had to hit the road right away. I paid ahead on Booking.com, but was still charged for the stay. I called, spoke with Douglas, who handled it quickly, and my refund showed up on my card the next day. Overall, great experience.
There seem to be a water issue. Toilet wouldn't fill and several stalls in ladies restroom were out of order. Staff was very nice and helpful. However, guests would not control there children, they ran all over the hotel with no supervision. Pounding on our door in the night so hard that it moved the security lock.
This is my favorite hotel to stay in whenever I visit Beavercreek. There was a minor hiccup when it came to my accommodation, but it was resolved by the time I left. The staff was very professional and extremely friendly. I will continue to stay in this location as always!
While traveling solo on this business trip, I loved the breakfast options each morning and the location of the hotel gave me quick access to work, shopping and restaurants. The location was quiet. The parking lot appeared pretty full but I barely saw other travelers.
Location very convenient to shopping and dining. Friendly staff, especially with visiting pet. The room did have a noticeable stuffy indoor pet smell, however would still consider booking again for a visit. Hotel felt safe and secure for solo traveler.
Mold in bathroom vent .Vent hanging off ceiling.Over charged for services did not use and still no refund.Room was noisy and in basement of hotel.I paid for King suite and it was not good experience.Bed was sloppy and not made correctly.
Loved how clean the facilities were throughout the property, from the room to the lobby! Always appreciate the amenities in the room, including the silverware, flatware, glasses & cups. We always enjoy staying at this hotel!
