Great location! Renovated and very clean. Comfortable beds! Showers are super hot with great water pressure. Nice towels. Lobby shop for snacks and drinks. Bar/restaurant in lobby as well.

The room was a good size, the bed was super comfy, it had a fridge & microwave. Good location, close to shops, restaurants, the beach. We stayed local for the weekend, didn’t have time to venture too far. Love the inn style of driving up to your door. Dawn was super friendly and helpful, and did an amazing job with Easter decorations!

Bay Head is a beautiful shore town, similar to Martha Vinvard. It is easy to drive to, walkable to great dining, beach and short drive to Pt. Pleasant Beach boardwalk. It is family friendly and romantic all in the same breathe.

Perfectly charming shore town.
Perfectly charming shore town. One unpleasant experience: got ticketed for parking at a yellow curb which was virtually invisible on a rainy night. $50 fine. Tried to appeal...left a message with court clerk in charge, but have not received a response.
Very good restaurants in the vicinity...Shore Fresh Seafood Market is one.

Food is overpriced because it's a tourist area but there's lots to do and it's generally a good time. Check out the boardwalk and Aquarium. Perks Cafe was so good we had breakfast there both days of our stay.
The hospitality of all the staff. We felt like family. They are a restaurant and hotel so we were able to enjoy their Father's Day Buffet. The location was a short walk to the beach and they provided beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach tags. Our room was a little small, but nice decor, clean and fit our needs and more importantly we had our own bathroom. They had a free cold continental breakfast each morning and provided tea, coffee and water throughout the day. We will definitely stay at Grenville again.
Our 2 day stay was great. The beach was a short walk, and it was private and beautiful. The B&B is an older building that is very comfortable. More of a classic beach house than a luxury hotel - but that is perfect for a visit to the beach. The B&B breakfast was a very nice continental style breakfast that had several options, and all were excellent. The B&B had shared bathrooms that were always available, and always very clearn. No problems with the set up.
The location was great (Bay Head). It was on a main road accessible to Point Pleasant a mile away. It was a quieter neighborhood, which I liked. It is a block to the Bay Head beach. The staff was great, friendly & accommodating! They took care of any questions we had or special requests.
The hotel was clean and close to the beach and within walking distance to other eateries and little shops. However, what really made a difference was the staff. They were professional, friendly above and beyond, made it feel like home and very accommodating. 😊

The Grenville is a gem along the NJ Shore, pretty, historic property and lovely grounds. Very close walk to beach and a few shops and restaurants.
