Cathy was fantastic, from the moment she waved as I came through the door, to helping us with our room and answering all my questions.
We missed breakfast through jetlag, but Janice (the breakfast lady) was sooo so helpful and keen to give us something to eat. Really lovely and friendly.
Pam also did everything she could to help.
Beds were very comfortable.

Motel felt safe, was clean and the staff was very friendly. I liked that there was a small bar onsite. The room was very modern and quiet. Breakfast had a wide variety of items that were very tasty.

Bardstown is a lovely little town in the heart of Bourbon country, great for a weekend trip! Some lovely restaurants and some not so good ones. Talbot Inn was very hyped up but did not live up to it's reputation. Mammy's was awesome !

what a fantastic town, so much history, so much bourbon! everyone was friendly even during the week when the restaurants that are open close around 9 PM. the downtown was quiet when we were there and easy to walk the streets downtown and around the Talbott Inn.

Our trip this time was just 1 night but I have visited before. The downtown has nice shops, the distilleries are fun to visit. Also Stephen Foster home & park. So happy to see that they have now acknowledged that enslaved people built and maintained the place or it would not exist.

Small, but the many distilleries we visited were exceptional! Favorite spot was Preservation Distillery, relatively new, but exceptional staff...friendly, knowledgeable. Driving around town easy using gps.

If you like historic architecture, distillery trips and tasting, and some really unique dining and drinking experiences it is the place for you. the downtown shops are nice and friendly, there are both new and one of a kind historic restaurants. the towns people seem very polite and friendly and the town itself was nice. driving traffic is almost nonexistent and you can get anywhere fairly quickly
I never stayed at a LaQuinta before and I was pleasantly surprised. The sheets were good, the pillows were good and the bed was comfortable. It was a new hotel and everything was modern and clean. If the rest of the hotels are like this one I would stay at a La Quinta again.
I loved the pool and bar area. The vibe of the room was cool. It was convenient to attractions, restaurants, and shops in Bardstown. The staff was accommodating and upbeat. The room was clean and contained waters, makeup removers, small refrigerator, and coffee maker.
Just personable people and quickly to address anything their guest might need .
I'm familiar with the area and none of the other bnb or motel / hotels give a positive energy when you encounter them. I'm just very pleased staying at their SUPER INN :-)

Everything about this hotel was first class. It was perfection. From the moment we checked in to when we checked out two nights later. The staff, the facility, the cleanliness, the location, the free breakfast…off the chart great. Can’t wait to visit again.
Very clean, refreshed large room with private restroom. All clean, and working properly. Spacious parking available. Great location in central part of Bardstown, close to restaurant, shops, or main "square" of city. Perfect for night on bourbon trail.
Simple but great. Warm dish taste good and Coffee was great in the morning. Bourbon bar is amazing and history of that building is unbelievable. I'm 100% sure that next time I travel to Kentucky and Bardstown area, I stay in Tallbot Tavern Inn.
Staff were very friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. Location was close to Bluegrass Parkway and downtown Bardstown for easy access. Room was nicely sized for the rate charged. Parking lot and hotel exterior were well lit.
I enjoyed the newness of the hotel. It was very clean. It was just the right size hotel for my family. The breakfast was good! It’s nice having more hotel options available in the area now. The staff were very pleasant!
I liked that you use an actual key to the door and not a keycard. The location was close to downtown bardstown so it wasn't a far drive. Was asked if we wanted upstairs or downstairs as a preference for our room
Lovely hotel at the edge of Bardstown, ideal if you want to explore some of the surrounding distilleries. Fine breakfast.
Currently undergoing some renovation work, but we didn't notice much of it.
The room was emasculate!!! The cleaning staff were awesome! Parking was excellent!!! The grounds were clean! Wonder hotel!!!!! We will be back with friends!!!
