The kitchenette came with everthing imaginable even dish detergent...lol. great location and close to everything. Staff friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend staying here.
It's an extended stay which means basically an apartment in a hotel, very convenient if your on a longer business trip and want to live like at home with cooking and doing laundry. The staff is nice and helpful, on the ground floor there's also a small "marketplace" always stuffed with basic stuff in case you need it and don't want to go to a shopping centre.
This is a clean hotel. Not sure how old it is, but I felt that everything was done to show that the HI Express cared about alleviating COVID 19 fears about cleanliness.
Serving breakfast in the hotel was just started recently. They did a fine job of offering as much as possible.
The kitchenette and staff. The lobby was so pretty decorated for Christmas. It looked like you were sitting in the livingroom with your family! I also loved the access to the family room! I celebrated Christmas with my Ohio family and used the room.
The front desk clerk - was nice although he was dressed in a t shirt and jogging pants - not very professional property and on line pics were very misleading. I will never stay there again after seeing the condition of the rooms
Location of property and the guy at the front desk was really accomodating and super friendly. Also, I needed a pet friendly hotel and this property charges a reasonable pet fee ($10 per nite).
Didn't like nothing about it service was bad from the time I walked in.. then they didn't have my reservation I ended up paying more room had bugs the shower didn't work it was just bad
